(13)Well-forged, balanced military-style blade suitable for adventuring and field work alike.
A heavy curved blade mounted on a long haft. Common among the village farmers turned defenders.
A shortbow reinforced with a strip of yew for extra snap — favored by young hunters and scouts.
A set of balanced knives for hunting small game and close-quarters defense.
A wooden shield faced with iron strips. Lighter than a full tower shield but sturdy enough to block farm tools.
A supple mesh of iron rings worn under a cloak or over sturdy clothing — common among caravan guards.
A finely wrought longsword with faint red veins in the steel. When held near flame it hums softly.
A round iron bossed shield hammered in a pattern reminiscent of a flame. Wards against wild heat.
Broadhead arrows whose tips are hollowed and filled with a volatile alchemical paste that ignites on impact.
A whetstone soaked in oils and heated with ember salts; sharpens faster and leaves a slight warmth in the edge.
A set of four hand-forged iron horseshoes, fitted to a mount's hooves. Guaranteed for 2 months of use on country roads.
A simple striker and flint kit that will start a fire if used properly — a staple in hearths and adventuring packs.
A rustic loaf from Haldren's sister, Mara (local baker). Warm and slightly spiced with ash-baked crust; a favorite to carry on trails.

Shop Atmosphere
“The forge sits at the edge of the village, smoke-scarred and smelling of baking bread. Haldren greets customers with a greasy hand and a warm ember from the hearth; his younger sister Mara sells a tray of hot 'emberbread' at the counter. He keeps a small shrine of river stones heated by the fire druids—he will refuse to sell his ember-treated goods to anyone who mocks their rites. Haldren often offers to swap work: a day helping mend a fence or shoe a horse will get you a 10% discount (party members only). He hums old anvil chants while he works and sometimes leaves a small cooled ember in a wrapped parcel for customers traveling through cold nights.”
