(15)A palm-sized clockwork construct shaped like a sparrow or corvid. Functions as a familiar (as Find Familiar) for up to 24 hours after winding. Rewinding is a short action and requires a special key (included). Durable brass feathers and tiny lenses allow simple scouting.
A palm-sized canister that, when opened, spills eight tiny clockwork spiders which crawl and cling. They entangle a single Medium or smaller creature on a failed Dexterity save, causing movement halved and granting advantage on attacks vs prone creatures for up to 1 minute or until destroyed.
A wrist-mounted device with a spring-and-bladder system that fires a tethered grappling hook up to 60 feet. Allows the wielder to anchor and pull objects up to 300 lb with a successful Athletics check.
A medium clockwork hunting hound. Acts as a loyal companion construct with basic obedience routines. Can track quarry (advantage on Survival checks to track for 1 hour at a time) and performs watchdog duties.
A finely balanced dagger with coiled brass springs in the hilt that can deliver a sudden extra snap when thrown or used in melee.
A small buckler of interlocking brass plates that snaps outward to add extra protection for brief moments.
A slick, faintly glowing oil designed to keep clockwork mechanisms running. One vial suffices for minor repairs and maintenance for several devices.
A small ceramic pellet that shatters on impact and emits a 10-foot-radius smoke cloud that heavily obscures the area for 1 minute or until dispersed by strong wind.
A replacement canister for the Brass Spider Swarm. Contains eight pre-wound metallic spiders sealed for immediate use.
Goggles fitted with tiny resonant crystals and lenses that translate sound into faint visual ripples. Grants enhanced perception in low-light and picks up mechanical vibrations.
A light crossbow adapted with a winding spool that automatically reloads once per round for 3 rounds after a full wind. Requires specialized bolts.
A viscous, silvery potion that when applied to a construct or an armor piece restores structural integrity.
A small brass key etched with runes that can be used to attune and power certain clockwork constructs and devices. Provides a stable arcane conduit.
A half-cloak woven with clockwork micro-frames and a single scrying crystal. On activation, it briefly shifts the wearer's position along the planar fringe.
A standard set of small tools, sprockets, clock springs, pins, and lubricants suitable for basic device maintenance.
Tinket Bronzewheel
Shop Atmosphere
“The Clockwork Canopy sits beneath a glass dome filled with hanging brass filigree and drifting gear-motes. Tinket Bronzewheel hums small mechanical tunes under their breath and punctuates sentences by flicking a pocket sparrow to life for a second. Customers who leave a simple trinket (coin-sized) with a name scratch receive a 'tag'—a tiny, stamped brass token that Tinket's clockworks will try to return if the item is later left in the shop. Beware: Tinket has a fondness for testing new prototypes on consenting patrons and will often offer discounts if you volunteer as an 'operator' (signing a very short, enthusiastic waiver). The workshop closes at dusk but the glass dome's brass lanterns are kept on for an hour while stray gears are counted — any clockwork device left overnight is charged a 1 gp/day storage and a complimentary oiling.”
