A stitched satchel with three pressed fungi and bandages. Applied to shallow wounds to staunch bleeding and ease pain.

Heal 1 HPHeals HP when applied. One poultice consumed per use.

A gray paste in a bone tube. Counteracts common poisons and stabilizes venoms distinctive to the Underdark.

When applied, grants advantage on the first saving throw against poison or grants +2 to the save (GM's choice). Two uses per tube.

A viscous, amber-green vial. Standard curative draught favored by duergar who prefer efficiency over flourish.

A thick, luminescent phial. More costly but prized by deep-delvers with broken bones or poisoned blood.

A bitter, black liquid distilled from the roots of a fungus that clings to drow-wrought stone. Used in medicines and as a mild stimulant.

When ingested grants +1 to Wisdom (Medicine) checks for 1 hour, but causes -1 to Stealth checks for 1 hour from a faint scent.

A brittle, pale lichen that flares faintly when exposed to moonlight. Good preservative and component for glow-salve.

When burned or processed yields a light effect equivalent to a candle for up to 8 hours or adds +1 to saving throws vs. fear for 10 minutes when brewed into tea.

A greasy paste that emits soft luminescence when smeared on skin or objects.

Emits light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet for up to 6 hours. Washes off readily.

A white, chalky powder used to treat fungal infestations and to prevent spore spread.

Applied to a 5-foot-square area, prevents fungal growth and spores from forming for 24 hours. Useful in camps and storerooms.

A small metal canister that, when uncorked, releases a faint breeze carrying scents known to calm deep-dwelling creatures.

When opened, creatures within 10 feet that are of the Underdark environment (as judged by DM) have disadvantage on the first attack against the opener for 1 round, as they pause to sniff and assess.

A small cloth bag filled with dried mint-root and crushed silvershard. Freshens breath and steadies nerves for an hour.

Gives advantage on one (single-use) saving throw against being frightened within one hour of use.

A slick, ink-dark ointment mixed with crushed rune-stone. One application wards a small area or object briefly.

When smeared on leather armor or a shield, grants +1 to AC for 1 hour (single target). Alternatively, can be spread across a 5-foot patch of ground to grant +1 to Stealth checks for those within it for 1 hour.

A vial containing a faintly pulsing amber liquid distilled from glowcap spores and eyeless-sap.

Grants darkvision out to 60 ft. (or extends existing darkvision by 30 ft.) for 8 hours. If used by a creature without eyes, grants blindsight 10 ft. for 1 hour instead (DM adjudicates).

A length of living vine-stitched fiber that clings faintly to stone and can be coaxed to loosen or grip on command.

Works like normal rope but can hold an additional 100 lb before slippage when anchored to stone surfaces. Once per day, on command, it tightens and holds fast automatically for up to 1 hour.

Contains mortar & pestle, vials, labels, two wax seals, 10ft twine, and sample tinctures (1 each: Drowroot, Silvershard, Creeping Moldbane).

Provides advantage on one Nature or Medicine check made to identify or prepare basic Underdark reagents if used for that purpose.

A fine black dust milled from the caps of needle-capped fungi. Useful in weapon coatings or traps.

One dose coating on a weapon deals no additional immediate damage but forces a Constitution save on a successful hit or the target takes poison and is poisoned for 1 minute (repeat save at end of each turn).
