(16)A tidy rolled scrap of parchment with three curling silver runes. The divine whisper is preserved for a single use.
A slate-gray scroll sealed with a tiny iron nail. Emits the faint scent of soot when unrolled.
Stiff parchment with defensive sigils. The ink shimmers when danger is near.
A parchment band rubbed with holy dust, inked with three tiny crosses in a triangular formation.
Violet-tinged parchment that warms pleasantly in your hand. The glyphs look almost alive.
A long strip of vellum with runes that glow faintly under moonlight.
A tightly wound scroll with a brass seal. The paper tastes faintly of iron.
A pale scroll bound with a strip of chameleon leather. The letters fade when you look at them directly.
A strip of gray parchment with a tiny magnet pressed into its seal; smells faintly of coal.
A small glass phial with bubbling red liquid. Not the main business of the shop, but saved for adventurers.
A gnomish-engineered quill with an ink reservoir and a tiny brass nib regulator. Perfect for scriptwork.
High-quality vellum, treated against damp and mildew—preferred by scribes and rune-carvers alike.
A small bottle of pitch-dark ink that doesn’t fade. Highly prized for permanent scrolls.
An empty, enchanted scroll-tube with a protective sealing rune. Keeps a single spell of up to 1st level safe while copied.
Brixtin will copy a spell you possess into a scroll (materials included) or copy a scroll into another blank scroll/vellum.
Korrun checks a scroll's authenticity, age, and whether it's been tampered with (including identification of forgeries).

Shop Atmosphere
“The shop is co-owned: Brixtin (a chatty rock gnome wizard) runs the scribing counter and loves to wax poetic about obscure incantations, while Korrun (a gruff mountain dwarf artificer) handles metalwork seals and is obsessed with keeping scrolls dry. They bicker constantly about whether parchment should be 'soft' or 'stout'; the pair give a 5% discount to customers who correctly guess which of them prefers a stout cup of ale for dipping quills. Customers occasionally find tiny mechanical mice (Brixtin's prototypes) hiding between scrolls; Korrun claims they are 'inspection drones' and swears they only nibble on crumbs.”
