They bicker constantly about whether parchment should be 'soft' or 'stout'; the pair give a 5% discount to customers who correctly guess which of them prefers a stout cup of ale for dipping quills. Customers occasionally find tiny mechanical mice (Brixtin's prototypes) hiding between scrolls; Korrun claims they are 'inspection drones' and swears they only nibble on crumbs.”
