Armor1

A finely woven midnight-blue cloak threaded with silver runes. It feels warm and certain when you wrap it around your shoulders.

AC +1Grants +1 to AC and +1 to saving throws while worn. Cursed: the cloak auto-attunes when donned and cannot be removed by normal means until a remove curse or greater restoration is cast. Once per day the cloak whispers and inverts one saving throw result - a successful saving throw becomes a failure and a failed saving throw becomes a success; the wearer must reroll the last saving throw when the cloak whispers.
Weapons2

A slim ash wand wrapped in brass filigree. It hums faintly with arcane energy.

Atk While holding it you gain +1 to spell attack rolls and ignore half cover when making spell attacks. Cursed: once attuned the wand imprints a whispering oath on the wielder. On a natural 1 when casting a damaging spell the wand siphons psychic damage back to the caster and temporarily reduces the next spell attack roll by 2. The wand will not willingly leave its attuned owner without remove curse.

A blackened rod capped with a bit of dull red glass. When you shake it you hear, for an instant, the sigh of an old conflagration.

Can expend 1 or more charges to cast Fireball at its normal effect. Cursed: on a result of 1 when rolling to see if the wand crumbles after expending its last charge, the wand instead erupts in a fireball centered on the wielder that deals full effect to a 20-foot radius. While attuned the wand occasionally emits distant wailing that imposes disadvantage on stealth checks when used within enclosed spaces.
Miscellaneous8

A small, perfect pearl that seems to hold a tiny storm beneath its nacreous surface.

Once per day the bearer can speak the pearl's command word to regain one expended spell slot of up to 3rd level. Cursed: each time it is used there is a cumulative 10% chance (resets at dawn) that one prepared spell of the bearer becomes unavailable until the next dawn as the pearl 'borrows' that memory. The pearl emits soft mocking laughter audible only to the attuned wearer at odd hours.

A silver ring that sits warm on the finger and seems to pulse when contracts or promises are spoken.

AC +1While worn you gain +1 to AC and +1 to saving throws. Cursed: once attuned the ring secretly seeks bargains. Whenever you would make a deal or attempt diplomacy with a hostile or cunning creature, the ring subtly twists the words, imposing disadvantage on your first social or persuasion check in that interaction. The ring cannot be removed voluntarily for 24 hours after it first inflicts that penalty without a successful Wisdom saving throw.

A soft velvet cap that fits any head and seems to rearrange the hair when looked at directly.

Grants the wearer the ability to cast disguise self at will. Cursed: the hat's illusions sometimes overlay phantom echoes of the wearer's former selves. While worn the hat gives disadvantage to Insight checks made to discern the wearer's true intent and refuses to be removed for hours after it has been worn for more than an hour.

A small lavender ellipsoid that hums softly and circles a few inches around the wearer's head.

While orbiting, the stone grants the ability to store spells cast into it and grants advantage on saving throws vs being surprised. Cursed: the stone murmurs secrets into the wearer's mind, imposing a -1 penalty to Concentration checks while it orbits. The stone will resist being given away, returning to orbit the first time it is left unattended within 1 hour, unless a remove curse is used.

A heavy leather-bound tome whose pages gleam with faint inscriptions that move when you blink.

When used to scribe a spell it will copy a prepared spell from another willing caster into the book instantly. Cursed: each time the grimoire copies a spell it also erases a memory associated with that spell from the copier for 24 hours - the memory returns afterward but the caster suffers disadvantage on Knowledge checks related to that memory until a long rest is completed.

A vial of midnight-blue ink that catches the light like a starfield.

Any spell scribed with this ink requires no material component for transcription and finishes in half the normal time. Cursed: spells scribed with the ink always have their save DC reduced by 1 while cast from that copy until remove curse is performed on the ink's last user.

A small metal phylactery etched with sigils; inside it whispers faint echoes when opened.

Store one chosen cantrip that the attuned bearer can cast once per short rest without using a spell slot. Cursed: once per day when the stored cantrip is cast the phylactery echoes unpredictably and the spell targets a creature within 30 feet chosen by the DM instead of the intended target.

A brittle, ink-streaked scroll whose script shivers when unrolled.

If the reader is a spellcaster with the spell on their list they cast Fireball from the scroll. Cursed: roll a d10 when reading. On a 1 the scroll's magic partially consumes a memory - the caster loses one prepared 1st-level spell slot until the next dawn and has disadvantage on Intelligence checks for 1 hour.
Potions1

A crystalline vial filled with a viscous red liquid that seems to pulse like a heart.

Heal 14 HPRestores the effects of a Potion of Greater Healing when consumed (average healing 14 HP). Cursed: the potion's magic is tainted; after drinking the consumer must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be stunned for 1 round as hallucinatory images flash across their vision.

Shop Atmosphere

Every item in the shop is polished to perfection and labelled with flowery, half-truthful praise. Mirrors mounted on the ceiling reflect the wares but in odd angles that make items seem to wink. Soft whispers fill the air after dusk; they are harmless but make haggling feel personal. All purchases come with a neat stamped 'Guarantee of Return' certificate that cannot be cashed if the buyer is under a curse.
