Miscellaneous4

High-quality vellum, slightly cool to the touch and faintly scenting of jasmine. Popular with traveling scribes and mapmakers.

Paper resists fading from exposure to fey glamour; ink applied with mundane ink endures an extra year.

A sturdy, dark feathered quill balanced for comfortable long writing sessions.

Ink that glitters faintly in moonlight. Letters written remain legible even after water exposure.

Once per day, words written and sealed with this ink may communicate a single short message (as Sending) to the intended reader when opened.

A thimble-sized corked vial containing shimmering dust gathered from a fey crossroads.

When tossed (action), the dust produces harmless motes that provide dim light for a 10-foot radius for 1 hour. A sprinkle can calm an agitated fey creature—granting advantage on one Charisma check with a fey target (DM adjudicates).
Miscellaneous3

A beautifully illustrated handbook of common fey plants, mushrooms and their uses.

Provides a bonus when identifying or foraging for mundane fey-flora and advice on simple preparations.

A seasonal ledger of moon-tides, fey festivals and minor rites. Its pages shimmer faintly in autumnal light.

Once per long rest, consulting the almanac grants advantage on one Wisdom (Survival) or Intelligence (Nature) check related to local fey phenomena.

Three gilded storybooks containing fey lullabies and parables. Beautifully illustrated with living ink.

When read aloud to a receptive audience for 10 minutes, listeners make a Wisdom save or be enchanted into a calm, dreamlike state for 1 minute (nonlethal; DM determines exact effect).
Miscellaneous5

A slim, midnight-blue tome that seems to murmur to its reader. Letters blur and rearrange like whispers on wind.

Once per day the reader can cast Misty Step (no components) from the tome. If read aloud at midnight under a full moon, it reveals a hidden fey trail nearby (DM determines nature).

A leather-bound atlas whose maps shift slowly over time to reveal paths between the mortal world and fey enclaves.

Once per day, the atlas can reveal the nearest portal or gate to a fey realm within 10 miles, granting coordinates and a suggested safe route. In wooded terrain it grants advantage on navigation checks.

A fine quill plucked from a moon-swift throstle. Copies written with it dry instantly and resist smudging.

Halves the time required to copy a spellbook or scribe a scroll (DM adjudicates time saved).

A small brass-and-lattice lantern containing a restless mote of faerie light.

Emits light as a torch. Once per long rest, it can cast Faerie Fire centered on itself (Concentration not required).

A ringbound book that will accept and magically store the contents of one spellbook page or single prepared spell per long rest.

Useful for preserving fragile formulae; once per long rest a single known spell can be recalled from the binder without expending a prepared slot (DM may require spell slot expenditure or time to cast as appropriate).
Miscellaneous2

A single-use scroll with swirling silver script. Warm to the touch when a doorway is near.

When read, it casts Misty Step (3rd-level spell scroll rules apply).

A rarer, carefully preserved scroll, its letters sometimes fade and reappear when viewed from different angles.

When read, it casts Greater Invisibility (subject to spell scroll rules).
Potions1

A silver-blue potion that tingles on the tongue and leaves behind a faint scent of wild mint.

Heal 14 HPIn addition to healing (equivalent to a Potion of Greater Healing), for 1 hour after drinking the imbiber has advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks when dealing with fey creatures.
Miscellaneous1

A slender instrument with silver inlay and a hollow that holds a single preserved firefly.

Once per long rest, while playing for at least 1 minute you can grant one ally a bonus: add +2 to one skill check or saving throw they make in the next minute.
Armor1

A diaphanous cloak stitched with leaves that shift colors with the wearer’s mood. It hangs like a shimmer of fall wind.

AC +1Grants +1 to AC while worn (represented here as defenseRating). While in natural outdoor environments, the wearer gains advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. Once per long rest, the wearer may become lightly incorporeal for up to 1 minute (DM decides exact mechanical handling).

Shop Atmosphere

The Moonlit Margin is a narrow, vine-wreathed shop whose windows show a different star pattern depending on time of day. Books sometimes rearrange themselves into polite greetings when new patrons enter; small willow-sprites (the shop's unpaid interns) flit between shelves offering bookmarks. Thalindra accepts coin, rare stories, favors from fey courts, or small memories (a cherished childhood scent, a whispered secret) as partial payment. During the Feywild Traveler Fair the shop sometimes 'drifts' a few steps out of phase: a customer who leaves may find themselves back in the market a different memory older or younger than when they entered. Thalindra speaks in seasonal idioms and will sometimes bargain in riddles — those who dance beneath the hanging lanterns at the right tune may earn a modest discount.
