A creature that can read the scroll can cast charm person. If the spell is on the reader's class list, they can cast it; otherwise, the scroll is unintelligible.

When performed (action + Performance check, DC set by DM), may grant advantage to attempts to calm or distract a small crowd. One-use; the sheet can be learned into a bard's repertoire at the DM's discretion.
