(17)A damp-seeming bundle of hardtack, salted jerky and a small pouch of coarse dried fruit. Not gourmet, but keeps hunger at bay.
A flattened, patched bedroll. It's been smoked over many a brazier but will keep out the chill.
Good for climbing, binding, or improvising traps — though the frays make you nervous about trusting it under heavy strain.
A crude torch: a stick wrapped in oil-soaked cloth. Bright for a short time and smells of smoke.
Cheap, viscous oil in a capped glass vial. Smells faintly of fish—likely reused grease.
A leather waterskin that has seen better days. Odor is faint but serviceable for short trips.
A battered set originally belonging to someone who made a living in locks; some pieces replaced with jury-rigged bits.
A brittle scroll with singe marks at the edges. The runes still hold when carefully read.
A basic warding iron lock suitable for chests and doors, though the hasp is slightly bent.
A small tin that rattles. Inside is a scrap of paper with a greasy fingerprint and a doodled crown.
A short sword with a nicked blade and a leather-wrapped grip. Still usable in a scrap.
A short spear with a rusted tip. Good for throwing once or twice before the tip dulls.
A simple braided leather sling and a small packet of smooth stones. Cheap but effective in skilled hands.
Patches and seams visible; leather is stiff but still provides basic protection.
A thin cloak that does a passable job keeping off drizzle and hiding shapes in shadow.
A sticky corked vial of red liquid. Heals wounds when drunk.
A foul-tasting potion in a cracked vial. Grants advantage on saving throws against poison for 1 hour.

Shop Atmosphere
“Rovek runs the shop from a sagging storefront whose front window has been boarded half-heartedly. He constantly chews a bitter twig and will offer 'special' discounts to anyone who can tell a better tavern tale than his. He keeps a jar of 'reclaimed' coins by the register and will sometimes slip in something suspiciously useful for an extra favor later. The shelves are a chaotic muddle — bargain hunters may find hidden items if they help tidy up (or if Rovek's distracted). He dislikes city watch and will quietly lower prices or wink at known fences and rogues.”
