(14)A long, cold-blued longsword with crimson veins that pulse faintly. Tempered in moon-salt and a drop of the smith's own vitae, it hums in the dark.
A thin rapier etched with neon filigree; it seems to drink in light around it.
A short dagger forged from bloodsilver. The blade drinks light and leaves a cold bite.
A long harpoon balanced for throwing and tethering; its tip is ringed with neon wires that arc when wet.
Breastplate of hammered black steel, inset with thin neon veins. The metal never shows salt or rust.
A full plate of midnight-lacquered steel whose joints hum with tiny neon filaments; storm-chains and barnacle motifs mark its plates.
A light chain shirt wired with tiny neon fibers. It hums faintly to the touch and never clings wet to the skin.
A bundle of ten crossbow bolts tipped with a smoky, ectoplasm-like resin that glows faintly in the dark.
A set of finely balanced hammers, tongs and rasps with neon bands on the handles. They hum when in moonlight.
A voucher redeemable for a full night's tempering at the Nightforge: blade straightening, tempering and a minor enchant (+1 temporary or corrosion resistance).
A vial of crimson-rose elixir that smells faintly of iron and salt. Sloshes with a life-warmth sensation.
A leather-and-steel gauntlet with a locking palm and microtendons to assist grips. Neon seams trace its fingers.
A slender filament of bloodsilver and neon, inscribed with tiny clockwork runes. Meant to be embedded into a weapon's core by a skilled smith.
Common nails made from treated iron that resist sea-salt corrosion for a season.

Shop Atmosphere
“Open only after dusk — the shop shutters click open to the sound of distant foghorns. Inside, the Neon Anvil is lit by bright, saturated lamps (magenta, teal, and blood-red) that make every polished surface shimmer. Lucien works to a playlist of warped sea shanties and synth undertones. The shop smells of salt, hot iron, and a faint sweetness like claret. Bargaining often takes the form of 'favors' as well as coin: Lucien will accept rare coastal wares, the teeth of deep-sea predators, or a dependable night-watch in lieu of part payment. He dislikes unnatural daylight (windows shutter automatically at sunrise) and will refuse work that intentionally slays innocents — though he regards debt and secrecy as transactional. Regular customers leave a small token (a chipped glass bead) in a dish by the counter to signal safe business without prying eyes.”
