AC +1While worn, grants +1 to AC (over other light armor) and advantage on saves vs. cold effects once per long rest.

Soft, suede boots with thick, treadless soles. They muffle your stride.

While worn, movement does not produce sound for non-magical causes; advantage on Stealth checks that rely on silence.
Weapons1

A short wand carved to look like braided ribbon. Only a single green fretwork line glows within it.

Once per day, can cast Entangle (as the spell) centered on a 20-foot square in 1st-level area; if used again before a long rest, requires a Constitution save or the wand becomes inert for 24 hours.

Shop Atmosphere

The shop smells of beeswax, oven-sugar, and a faint ember-scent from the druids next door. Jib keeps a rotating shelf of 'curios' — odd buttons, pressed flowers, and a very small, very polite stuffed fox that Petunia insists once blinked at her. Haggling is done over tea and scones; repairs are often accompanied by a story and a free sample from the baker. They will often trade services (mending, minor enchantments) for baked goods, rare seeds, or interesting curios. If you compliment a hat, Jib will make you one on the spot (same-day service for 5 gp extra). Petunia refuses to sell any item that she thinks will be used solely to harm bakers.
