For a nonmagical or dormant magical weapon: Sister Kaela performs a 1-hour ritual. On success, the weapon gains a faint glow and deals +1 radiant damage on a hit for 24 hours. If the weapon is truly celestial-touched (DM discretion), the ritual can begin a longer attunement/awakening process.
