A bitter, green draught brewed from rare bark and crystalized dew. Purifies the body.

Cures disease and neutralizes poison; also removes the poisoned condition (per Elixir of Health effect).

A jar of gritty green salve that stiffens the skin like living bark when rubbed on the forearms.

When applied, grants the effect of the Barkskin spell for 1 hour (target's AC becomes 16 if it would otherwise be lower).

A small phial of clear, cooling liquid. When sipped, the world sharpens for a time.

For 1 hour, grants advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell or hearing, and grants scent-based detection in lightly obscured areas.

Wrapped linen pads infused with comfrey and plantain — soothes wounds and reduces bleeding.

When used as a short rest tool, grants an extra d4 to one hit die roll (usable once per rest).

A standard healer's kit upgraded with salves, glowing lichen, and bone needles — for field surgery and wound care.

Functions as a Healer's Kit; Mirelda's variant increases DC to stabilize a creature by +1 in her shop (roleplay only).

A cloth sachet filled with chamomile, poppy, and a whisper of moonwort. Used to calm an agitated person or animal.

When held to a sleeping creature's nose for 1 minute, it imposes disadvantage on Perception checks to wake them and grants advantage on Medicine checks to maintain sleep/make it restful.

A jar of crystalline powder made from crushed snakewood and silverleaf. Mixed with water and applied to a wound or ingested.

Grants advantage on the first saving throw vs poison or grants a bonus to the save (DM's discretion).

A swatch of luminescent moss sewn into linen; when bound to a wound it slows bleeding and stabilizes life forces.

When applied to a dying creature, it stabilizes automatically and grants advantage on the next death-saving throw. Lasts 24 hours after application.

A bundle of twisted herbs that, when burned, creates a fragrant smoke protective to small encampments.

Burning the incense (20 minutes) creates a 10-foot radius zone centered on the fire where small vermin and lesser fey are disinclined to enter. Creatures entering must succeed on a Wisdom save or be calmed for 1 minute (roleplay/utility effect).

Small bundles: plantain, comfrey, chamomile, mint, and a pinch of crushed lavender.

Common herbal uses — bedding, basic poultices, teas that grant advantage on small Medicine or Survival checks at DM discretion.
