Grants darkvision 60 feet if the user lacked it. Once per short rest, the implant can focus to grant a bonus to a single Wisdom (Perception) check that relies on sight.

A braided synaptic coil seated at the base of the skull; it pulses faintly when combat is near.

Grants a bonus to initiative rolls while attuned. The booster stabilizes reflex loops and cannot be stacked with other items that give a like bonus.

A soft crystalline node implanted behind the ear, threaded with microfilaments that hum in time with thought.

Once per long rest the user can cast detect thoughts (as the spell). Additionally, the implant can form a secure short-range thought link with one willing creature within 100 feet for up to 10 minutes once per long rest.

A compact injector and micro-reservoir implanted near the clavicle, with a tiny indicator light for charge status.

Heal 7 HPExpending the implant's charge administers the equivalent of a Potion of Healing ( HP) as an action; restores charge after a long rest.

An 'upgrade port' and micro-hub that can be installed to accept future low-tier implants or cosmetic modules; it does not itself grant combat bonuses until upgraded.

Mira plays soft synth-ambient music at a volume calibrated to heartbeats. She insists every customer sign a single-line consent form written in microglyphs and greets repeat customers by the serial code of their earliest implant. She refuses to install anything that will permanently alter a customer's alignment or free will.
