Ssiliss speaks in smooth, slightly sibilant tones and insists on sealing sales with a tiny brass 'coil coin' (keeps customers from returning damaged goods). She prefers barter involving rare scales, snake-related curios, or a tale of a snake encounter; when in a particularly mischievous mood she'll haggle by offering riddles—the customer who answers correctly gets 10% off. A slow-moving corn snake named Lilt sleeps in the storefront basket and will occasionally 'inspect' purchases by nudging them with its nose.
