Shop Atmosphere

The shop is half parlor, half archive — low brass horns, vinyl records, and stacked spellbooks. Asha runs the place like a late-night session: she hums a muted jazz line while she sifts through scroll rolls, offers tea brewed with cardamom and ashwood ('settles the ink,' she says), and negotiates with a storyteller's rhythm. She keeps a sleepy cat named 'Beat' that naps on piles of vellum. Asha prefers trades in stories or favors for rare ink and will occasionally require a short performance or tale in return for discounting risky or powerful items. She refuses to sell certain destructive scrolls (like Fireball) unless she trusts the buyer's cause and their ability to handle consequences.
