Shop Atmosphere
“Hedra hums old dwarven forge-songs while working and insists on examining any returned item with a jeweler's loupe. She offers free tempering (minor upgrades) to customers who buy three or more items and refuses to sell any weapon she judges 'cowardly' (such as disguised daggers sold for poison)—she will instead offer to craft a safer alternative. The shop smells of oiled leather and hot iron; a mechanical apprentice (a small clockwork ram) wanders the forge floor and occasionally tries to 'help' customers by nudging them toward bargains.”
