A neat, slightly-smudged scrap of vellum that hums faintly with restorative magic.

Atk When read casts Cure Wounds (1st level). Heals + spellcasting modifier. If the spell is not on the reader's class list, the scroll is unintelligible.

A thin strip of parchment covered in looping runes; ideal for searching a dusty vault.

Atk When read casts Detect Magic for the duration of the spell. Reveals magical auras in range. No components required from the reader.

Edges singed lightly as if someone had practiced emergency landings with it.

Atk When read casts Feather Fall affecting up to five falling creatures touched by the reader.

A faintly translucent scroll that seems to blur the air above it.

Atk When read casts Invisibility on a willing creature. Ends if the creature attacks or casts a spell.

A sooty scrap whose ink shivers like trapped embers.

Atk When read casts Fireball (20-foot-radius sphere centered on a point). Creatures in area make a Dexterity save.

A sticky-feeling fragment with a small feather pressed into the margin for emphasis.

Atk When read casts Fly on a willing creature for 10 minutes.

A crisply folded parchment kept behind glass, wrapped in twine of several colors.

Atk When read casts Counterspell as a reaction. Uses the scroll's spellcasting parameters when needed.

A slightly thicker vellum sealed with a dot of blue wax; Lirael keeps this behind the counter.

Atk When read casts Greater Invisibility on a willing creature. The effect lasts up to 1 minute, and does not end when the creature attacks or casts spells.

Rough, sanded edges on the paper make this scroll feel like it was carved from a tombstone.

Atk AC +17When read casts Stoneskin on a willing creature, granting resistance to nonmagical bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage for the spell's duration.

A delicate, white-scroll wrapped in silk; the ink smells faintly of rose water.

Atk When read casts Revivify on a creature that died within the last minute. Works as the spell; material component supplied by the scroll.

A curled parchment with a flourish across its header and a faint scent of citrus.

Atk When read casts Suggestion on a target as the spell, requiring concentration where appropriate.
Miscellaneous7

A bundle of five faintly-glowing parchments bound together with red twine.

Atk Blank but magically primed to accept a spell without degrading; when used to scribe a scroll reduces chance of failure if the scribe has the spell prepared.

A small glass vial of deep indigo ink Lirael calls 'preservative mix'.

When applied to a finished scroll it reduces the chance of accidental deterioration; also adds a faint shimmer that discourages amateur thieves.

A quill whose nib gleams silver; always dries almost instantly after use.

When used by someone scribing a scroll it reduces the scribing time by one day for that attempt (does not affect XP or gold cost).

A cracked leather satchel full of folded, mismatched scraps sealed with a red ribbon.

Purchase is a gamble. Lirael jumbles scraps of old spells into a pouch; when opened roll d6: 1-3 yields a common 1st-level scroll, 4-5 yields a 2nd-level uncommon scroll, 6 yields a 3rd-level uncommon scroll.

A sheet of vellum covered in neat marginalia and tiny diagrams in Lirael's cramped hand.

Consumable vellum annotated by Lirael. When used for copying a scroll into a spellbook add +2 to the Arcana check and remove the need for extra materials of equivalent value up to 25 gp.

A battered tin marked with scorch marks and a faded emblem of a quill.

Intended for preparatory work when scribing scrolls; Lirael claims it stabilizes inks and prevents inkblots.

A single sheet flecked with mica; it looks more valuable than it costs.

When a wizard copies a spell from this scroll into a spellbook, the required gold cost is reduced by half for that attempt. The scroll is consumed in the process.

Shop Atmosphere

The shop is a cheerful mess. Stacks of half-sorted scroll bundles lean at odd angles. Lirael labels things with hasty notes in three different inks and will happily barter if you offer tea or a good story. She sometimes misplaces the item you bought and will hand you whatever she finds first if distracted. A cat made of folded paper lives among the piles and occasionally bats down scrolls it dislikes.
