(19)A well-forged dwarven longblade, balanced and keenly polished. No runes, no tricks — just steel and craft.
Light, quick blade favored by scouts and caravan guards. Dwarven tempering keeps the edge longer.
Short-handled warhammer, peened head and a touch heavier than common field hammers. Dwarf-made, built to dent armor.
Balanced battleaxe with a single broad blade. Good for chopping and throwing in a pinch.
Two-handed sledge adapted as a weapon. Heavy head forged from recycled wagon iron; built to crush.
A longbow laminated for extra draw, strung with treated sinew. Carried and serviced carefully — good for hunting and war.
Three balanced throwing knives in a leather wrap. Cheap, reliable, and easily replaced.
A simple leather quiver with twenty hardened arrow shafts and iron heads.
Essential hammer, tongs, files, chisels and portable anvil in a reinforced case. Borin offers lessons in basic repairs for a fee.
Basic kit with nails, wrought iron patches, and rope for field repairs on caravans and mounts.
Simple iron bolts or lead sling bullets, cheaply cast and effective in numbers.
On-the-spot repair: straighten, re-rivet, replace hafts and re-edge. Parts and labor included for minor work.
Borin will reforge multiple common weapons and scrap into one superior nonmagical weapon. Turnaround 2-5 days depending on caravan route.
A roughly-smelted ingot made from recycled gear and wagon fittings. Useful for on-route crafting.
Round/heater style shield faced with steel rim and reinforced leather. Lightweight, reliable.
Interlinked iron rings, knee-length hauberk. Heavy but dependable; Borin's preferred armor for caravan defenders.
Tough leather with metal studs. Good balance of stealth and protection for scouts and rogues who pass through the caravan.
A half-plate-esque breastplate forged from tempered iron and brass accents. Expensive to produce, Borin only carries a few.
A small reinforced leather pad with iron plates for elbows/knees/shoulders. Made for caravaners who need protection without full armor.

Shop Atmosphere
“Borin is fiercely anti-magic: he will not buy, sell, or repair magical items and becomes visibly agitated if arcane items are offered. He will happily trade common nonmagical gear and pays decent scrap value for beaten metal and broken weapons (roughly 1/3 the equivalent item's value in coin or credit toward new work). He stamps finished goods with an Ironstride mark and will occasionally barter repairs for services (extra rations, mule feed) when the caravan is short on coin. Talks constantly about the purity of 'true steel' and sings short dwarvish working hymns while he hammers.”
