(16)A small onyx set into a brushed steel frame. The amulet is weighted and cold to the touch; the setting includes fine filigree that hides a tiny compartment.
A hand-sized brass lorgnette with a smoky crystal. It was polished for clarity and engraved with tiny hammer marks.
A crude ring made from a carved bone 'tooth' mounted in iron. Kargun sells a harmless demo version and offers to outfit a true delivery mechanism for an extra fee (and a careful conversation).
A circlet set with a small peridot that thrums faintly with subterranean resonance.
Pair of plain but heavy iron bracelets chased with delicate silver lines. Often repurposed as manacles or ceremonial gear.
Small faceted garnets in modest silver posts. Polished, ordinary, and reliable as adornment or trade goods.
A brooch with a dial of polished shale and a tiny lodestone. The ring is etched in duergar script noting notable seams and lodes.
A stamped silver signet that grants modest discounts and priority with Kargun for repairs and custom work while he travels with the party for a season.
Rounded hematite stones, weighted and balanced for slings. Durable and mined from deep seams.
Six dice carved from lapis with tiny duergar geometric patterns. Favored by gamblers below the surface.
A decorative pin shaped like a tiny shield with a topaz inlay. It can be affixed to cloaks or bags.
Thick lenses set into a leather frame; tinted to cut glare and protect from sparks and dust.
A string of tiny glass and crystal shards glued haphazardly on a cord. Worthless except as a curiosity or bargaining chip.
A narrow circlet of hammered silver with inset hematite. The underside bears tiny runes in Undercommon and Dwarvish tic marks used by duergar smiths.
A sturdy short sword with a pommel inset with a small garnet. Blade shows the hammer-striations typical of duergar smithing.
A thick, salted liquid in a squat vial. Drinking it grants comfort and minor resistance to earth-related hazards.

Shop Atmosphere
“Kargun speaks bluntly and calculates prices in terms of ore value as easily as coin; he will barter gems for services and often offers 'duergar rates' (10–25% lower) to customers who help him with heavy work or bring raw ore. He never removes his goggles when speaking and keeps a tiny hammer and loupe tucked into his beard. He refuses to sell true poisons openly, but makes a point of offering 'harmless replicas' that double as teaching tools. When traveling, his caravan is disguised as a wagon of mundane tools; he sleeps with a small iron cage around his bedroll and keeps a tiny forged sigil that wards scrying (minor effect) tucked in his pouch.”
