Shop Inventory
(15)A patched leather rucksack with a bedroll, waterskin, 10 days of rations, tinderbox, 10 torches and a small whetstone. Slightly musty—someone used the bedroll recently.
Sturdy, slightly frayed in a few spots. Useful for climbing and tying.
A brass hooded lantern with a glass smoked by black soot. Burns like a normal lantern but its light has a faint bluish tinge.
Bandages, salves and simple tools. Useful for stabilizing the wounded.
Common pipe tobacco in a cracked wooden tin; the incense is a set of six sticks that burn with a perfumed, cloying smoke.
A blackish ink that dries slightly luminescent in moonlight and a quill from a raven. Used for letters and strange rites.
A small carved figurine of blackened stone depicting a horned, eyeless figure. Warm to the touch at times.
Picks, tension wrench and other small tools. Old but serviceable.
Small tallow candles in a glass jar. Burn with a steady, smokeless flame.
A small tumbled stone etched with a single rune. When triggered, it emits a faint warding pulse.
A coin stamped with a spiral and a tiny crescent. Some say it's a calling token for dark groups.
A small vial of ruby-red liquid. Heals light wounds.
A cloudy, greenish vial that smells faintly of moss. Grants temporary friendliness from a beast.
A tarnished silver brooch in the shape of an eye. Worn pinned to clothing, it hums faintly when danger is near.
A gray, slightly iridescent cloak that seems to drink light at its hem. Comfortable and well-tailored.

Shop Atmosphere
“The shop smells of stale bread, pipe smoke and something faintly metallic. Shelves creak at odd hours though no one is in the back. Marta hums tuneless melodies and insists on wrapping purchases in waxed paper stamped with an eye; she is outwardly warm but avoids the cellar door. A cultist from a nearby secretive sect quietly meets clients behind the shop under the pretense of late-night purchases — they leave tiny marks (three crescents) on sold goods to identify allies. NPCs buying multiple items may find an 'extra' token hidden in their package later.”
