Weapons3

A slim elven longblade, balanced and feather-light. Forged of pale steel with a faint leaf-motif along the fuller; hums softly when wind passes.

Atk While attuned, the wielder's strikes make half the usual noise; once per short rest, the wielder can attempt to move silently for 1 minute (advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to be quiet).

A rapier whose guard traces a crescent motif. The blade faintly glows like moonlight on command.

Atk Emits dim moonlight in a 10-foot radius on command; no other combat bonuses beyond +1.

A longbow carved from layered heartwood and spine-metal, strung with an almost-silent string. Artfully inlaid with leaves.

Atk Arrows launched from this bow make no noise on impact for the first round (useful for stealthy ambushes).
Armor5

Fine studded leather treated to be both silent and durable; filigree of silvered vines runs across the shoulders.

AC +12Grants +1 to AC (magical) and does not impose disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks beyond normal for leather armor.

A light shirt woven with mithril thread that looks like a fine mail but weighs barely more than cloth. Tailored to allow free movement.

AC +13Counts as studded leather for weight and stealth (no disadvantage from heavier material); if worn, it does not set off simple metal detectors originating from mundane means.

A round shield of polished yew rimmed with silver. The surface bears a carved oak leaf that seems to drink the light.

AC +1Grants +1 to AC while held. Once per long rest, you can use an action to plant the shield and gain advantage on Strength checks and saves for 1 minute (rooting effect).

A hooded cloak woven from dark-green moss cloth, it seems to blur the wearer a fraction when they stand still.

While the hood is up, the wearer's Dexterity (Stealth) checks are made with advantage. Creatures have disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks to see the wearer if they are trying to hide.

Soft-soled, leaf-stitched boots that seem to cushion both sound and stride.

Grants advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks to move quietly. Once per short rest, you can use a bonus action to double your jump distance for 1 minute.
Miscellaneous6

A beautifully tooled leather quiver with three compartments that can hold more than it appears; inlaid with a small greensilver rune.

Functions as a Quiver of Ehlonna: holds numerous arrows, javelins, or similar items and keeps them accessible without bulk.

A supple green pack whose mouth is bound with a cold-silver ring; inside it smells faintly of earth and moss.

Standard Bag of Holding properties (500 lb capacity, 64 cu ft); convenient for overland travel.

A set of finely fletched arrows designed for silence and accuracy.

Elven fletching reduces noise by half (DM discretion), improving stealth-based archery.

An elegant set of smithing tools adapted to delicate elven metallurgy; includes leaf-shaped hammers and wire files.

Grants advantage on Intelligence (Investigation) checks related to metalwork if used in crafting and grants a +1 to tool-based ability checks.

A quick sharpening and quietening of a single weapon, plus minor straightening of bent strings or fittings.

A sharpened weapon gains advantage on its next attack vs. an unarmored or lightly armored target when the attack is intended to silently disable (DM adjudicates).

Careful mending of dents, resewing of straps, and minor reshaping to restore armor functionality.

Restores armor to full function; major structural repairs negotiated separately.
Potions3

A small crystal phial of rosy liquid commonly kept for emergencies.

Heal 2 HPHeals HP when consumed.

A deeper crimson potion in a sealed vial; used for when bandages won't do.

Heal 4 HPHeals HP when consumed.

A clear, faintly sweet draught bottled in a leaf-etched vial. Used to cure minor curses and ailments.

Functions like the spell Lesser Restoration (cures one disease or condition such as blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned).

Shop Atmosphere

The Silverbloom Forge sits under a canopy of living vines on the edge of the elven quarter; soft lanterns shaped like seedpods sway from the eaves. Inside, Lyari works by a pale forge that smells faintly of wet earth and cedar smoke. She speaks in a slow, musical cadence and often hums old smithing chants as she works; customers notice that she always offers tea made from a pressed blue leaf before discussing price. She insists on knowing the provenance of any metal brought in for trade (no stolen goods in the shop), and her workshop has a small sleeping nook for a grey fox named Bramble who curls up on newly finished cloaks. Lyari will barter services or take rare forest components as partial payment — she values story and craft as much as coin.
