Miscellaneous6

A tiny sliver of shimmering nebula crystal set in a lattice of thin wire. Street-level tech scavengers prize these as luck charms and minor aides for arcane tinkering.

Once per short rest, grant advantage on a single Intelligence (Arcana) or Intelligence (Investigation) check or add +5 to a single skill check related to star-navigation or alien tech; the chip glows faintly when used.

A narrow band of blackened nebula-iron inlaid with a micro-constellation. Keeps the wearer steady in the howling winds of chaos.

AC +1While worn, grants bonus to AC and to all saving throws.

A wrist-mounted resonator that compresses howling nebula currents into a concussive blast. Street names: 'Chaos Howler'.

Once per long rest, emit a directional sonic pulse in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw, taking thunder damage on a failed save or half as much on a success. Creatures that fail by 5 or more are deafened for 1 minute. The device howls faintly for a minute afterward, attracting attention in nebula-proximate regions.

A slim patch of folded nebula-fabric and micro-cloaking film that slots under a collar or inside a cloak. Popular with smugglers and spies.

Once per short rest, the wearer can become invisible for up to 1 minute or until they attack or cast a spell.

A fine quill whose nib is a filament of cooled starlight. Writers and spies pay for the authenticity of its playback.

Once per day it can transcribe one spoken message into ink that, when read aloud, reproduces the voice and intonation of the original speaker for up to 1 minute.

A compact, rune-etched communicator that hums with the distant thunder of the nebula. High-end nav-teams and expedition leaders prize these.

Creates a private, two-way telepathic link between attuned users over a distance of up to 1 mile through open space or planetary medium. Once per day, you can instead send a short (25-word) message as the Sending spell, no material components required.
Potions4

A small vial of red liquid that shimmers like distant suns. The lowest-tier healing potion, repackaged in nebula-grade vials.

Heal 7 HPConsumable. Drinking it is a bonus action.

A more potent curative distilled from stabilized nebula reagents. Common among mid-tier mercs.

Heal 14 HPConsumable. Drinking it is a bonus action.

A rare synthesis using condensed nebula current; favored by assault teams and veteran explorers.

Heal 28 HPConsumable. Drinking it is a bonus action.

Top-shelf restoration distilled from the Howling Chaos Nebula itself. Expensive and jealously guarded.

Heal 45 HPConsumable. Drinking it is a bonus action.
Armor1

A cloak woven from star-silk and lined with thin reactive fiber. The hem whispers faintly of distant storms when danger is near.

AC +1While worn, grants bonus to AC and saving throws.
Weapons2

A famous and feared blade forged from compressed nebula filament. When swung it sings like a blade cutting through a storm-shear.

Atk You gain a bonus to attack and damage rolls with this weapon. On a natural 20 against a creature that has at least one head, the blade severs a head; the creature dies if it cannot survive without that head. Creatures immune to slashing, lacking a head, or with legendary actions may be exempt; see DM adjudication.

A palm-grenade of compressed null-energy; shakes the air like a swallowed thunderclap. Considered contraband in many civilized ports.

When thrown and activated, it detonates in a 10-foot radius burst of raw force energy. Creatures in area must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or take full damage; half on success.

Shop Atmosphere

The shop smells faintly of ozone and star-salt. Every night the storefront plays a recorded howl of a nebula storm; Nax insists it keeps the shop competitive. Prices are negotiable if you bring rare raw nebula-glass or a functioning 'howler' capacitor. Nax likes to test customers with a single cryptic trivia question about cosmic anomalies before offering a discount. He collects low-value trinkets and will trade oddities for services, stories, or rare star-maps.
