He'll haggle with sailors and offer credit to known captains, but he'll price-check and stiffly refuse barter from anyone he suspects is unrefined. The shop is lavishly decorated with brass, black glass, and tiny infernal trinkets; a single brass lantern shaped like a curled horn hangs over the counter and glows warmly at closing time.
