Sturdy leather pack with straps and many pockets. Reinforced stitching at stress points—good for long patrols.

Simple wooden torch soaked in pitch. Burns for 1 hour; useful to keep shambling creatures at bay.

Bright light in 20 ft, dim to 40 ft; some zombies recoil from flame on a failed Wisdom save (DM optional)

Harness, pitons, boot spikes, rope (50 ft), and pulleys. Essential for accessing rooftops, safehouses and watch posts.

Grants advantage on checks to secure rope anchors and on checks to rig escape lines if used properly.

Blessed water in a sealed glass flask. Splashing it deals radiant damage to undead and discourages their approach.

On a hit (splash) deals radiant damage to undead and forces a Wisdom save or be frightened for 1 round.

Sticky, volatile compound in a breakable glass vial. Useful to light zombies aflame or burn barricades.

As per the DMG: splash weapon. Ignites on impact dealing fire at impact and fire at start of target's turns until extinguished (save to avoid catching).

Herbal salve used to clean wounds and slow infection. Not magical, but effective when used promptly.

When applied immediately after a non-magical bite, grants advantage on the first Medicine check to prevent infection (DM rules).

Warm bedroll with a water-resistant outer layer. Keeps sleepers from catching and helps long watches.

Provides advantage on resting in cold/wet conditions for DC checks to avoid illness.

Brass lantern with hood and shutter. Burns bright and is less likely to break during skirmishes.

Bright light 30 ft, dim 60 ft; hood allows sudden darkness to conceal hostiles or protect flame from wind.

Sharpening stone and basic oil to maintain blades and tools. Essential maintenance item in the field.

A sharpened weapon granted advantage on the first attack in a skirmish if prepared, per DM ruling.

A hand-inked scroll bearing a prayer that wards a small area against undead for a short time.

Similar to the Protection from Evil and Good effect but limited to undead and lasts 10 minutes (saves as written). Single-use scroll; requires spellcasting ability to use or a successful Arcana check ().
Weapons5

A well-balanced shortsword painstakingly silvered along its edge. Silvering helps bypass certain undead resistances.

Counts as silvered weapon for overcoming damage resistances.

Sharpened hardwood stakes, useful against surface undead or for barricades. Not magical but symbolically important.

Vulnerable-target usage: DM may allow advantage on grapple checks to pin or hold a creature if stakes used creatively.

Heavy iron crowbar used for prying doors, breaking boards, or as a blunt weapon.

Grants advantage on checks to pry doors or dislodge nails.

Good for hunting and close-quarters fighting. Weighted for throwing and melee use.

Handy in tight quarters; one axe may be stuck in a target and recoverable on a success check.

Reliable bow with a few nicks but strong limb and fresh string. Useful for silent takedowns.

Silent compared to crossbows; arrows can be outfitted with fire or silver tips for extra cost.
Potions1

Restores vitality—simple red potion produced by the outpost's apothecary.

Heal 2 HPHeals HP when consumed.
Armor1

Flexible chain shirt with leather reinforcements for mobility during patrols.

AC +13Reinforced plating reduces chance of bite-through from undead (DM may give +1 to saves vs grapple attempts by undead).

Shop Atmosphere

Marta keeps a dented tin lantern that she refuses to replace—she says it saved her on the first night the town fell. She will barter supplies for information about zombie nests, clean rations, or rare crafting materials (bones, preserved fungus). She refuses to sell more than two vials of alchemist's fire to one party at a time unless she trusts them; scrolls are rented first, then sold if not returned. The shop posts a wanted board with names of 'doomed' houses and rewards for clearing them.
