Weapons6

A finely balanced longsword with a core of petrified oak wrapped in silvered runes. Meant for martial users who prefer a touch of nature in their blade.

Atk Once per short rest, on a hit you can cause the blade to sprout ghostly leaves that entangle—target's speed reduced by 10 ft until end of its next turn if it fails a Strength save.

A recurved shortbow carved from layered yew and mithral filaments; subtly hums when drawn.

Arrows fired leave a faint green trail for 1 minute, granting advantage on Perception checks to track them. Once per long rest, you can cast entangle (as the spell, save ) centered on the arrow's impact.

A slim dagger made of a metal that catches moonlight and seems to drink shadow.

On a successful sneak-attack or advantage hit, the blade deals an extra psychic damage (no attunement).

A balanced hand axe inlaid with a single azure rune that glows when thrown.

When thrown, it returns to the wielder's hand at the end of the round (as a bonus action), unless it is more than 60 feet away.

A practical halberd favored by caravan guards; reinforced with smoky iron and riveted with leaf-shaped plates.

On a successful opportunity attack, you can attempt to trip (target must make Dexterity save or be knocked prone).

A simple shortspear with a silvered tip for dealing with creatures vulnerable to silver.

Counts as silvered for overcoming certain creature resistances.
Armor2

Armor woven with thin, flexible iron links interspersed with enchanted bramble-sprigs. Offers good protection without totally sacrificing mobility.

AC +15Once per short rest, the wearer can activate the brambles to gain resistance to slashing damage for 1 minute.

A sturdy wooden shield bound in iron and carved with a curling leaf pattern.

AC +2Once per short rest, you can call on the shield's ward to gain +2 to AC for one attack against you.
Miscellaneous1

A masterwork smith's hammer that has been balanced for combat and craftwork. Its face is engraved with a looping rune that vibrates faintly when heated metal is struck.

Grants a bonus on Smith's Tools checks when crafting metal items. In combat, on a critical hit it briefly silences the target (can't cast verbal spells) until the end of its next turn (save ).
Miscellaneous1

A small amulet containing a sliver of molten crystal. Worn by smiths and warriors to steady metal and muscle.

Grants bonus to checks to inflict or resist damage from metal-based attacks and +1 to saving throws against extreme heat while worn. Requires attunement.
Potions1

A small vial of greenish liquid that mends minor ailments and poison.

Functions as Lesser Restoration spell when consumed (cures one disease or removes one condition: blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned).
Miscellaneous3

A small vial of grey oil used to lubricate gears and joints or to make a surface slippery.

Applied to a 10-foot square it creates slippery terrain for 1 minute (Dexterity save to avoid falling prone). Used normally for tools and armor maintenance.

A palm-sized stone with faint runes that helps keep edges keen.

Provides a bonus to damage rolls with a weapon after a 10-minute sharpening ritual, valid for one day.

A small tin of preservative oil used to protect metal from corrosion and minor enchant deterioration.

Applied to a weapon, it grants advantage on saving throws to avoid rust or corrosion effects for 24 hours.
Miscellaneous1

A set of small files, pliers, awls, and fine hammers used for repairing small mechanisms and weapons.

Grants +2 to checks when repairing minor weapons and mechanical items.
Miscellaneous1

A +1 shortsword etched with airy sigils. It hums faintly and is favored by scouts who appreciate speed.

Atk Once per long rest, when you take the Attack action with this sword you can instead take the Dash action as a bonus action and gain +10 ft movement for 1 minute.
Miscellaneous1

An example of Meris's commissioned work: heavy, perfectly balanced, and etched with a living vine pattern. Available to commission with custom properties for patrons.

Custom — base example would be a +1 warhammer with a Hold Person once per day effect; final price depends on enchantments.

Shop Atmosphere

Meris talks to her tools and believes the anvil remembers strikes. She waters the 'oakroot' blade once a week with rainwater and mutters recipes for tempering in Sylvan when nervous. Customers are politely asked not to touch the singing runes unless invited — Meris will often hum back to calm a nervous weapon.
