A round glass phial filled with sparkling red liquid. The label bears a small crescent moon burned into the glass.

Heal 7 HPWhen consumed, restores hit points equal to .

A heavier crystal vial that glows faintly. The liquid inside mists when opened.

Heal 14 HPWhen consumed, restores hit points equal to .

A syrupy potion with a sheen like wet stone. Useful to scale walls or escape pits.

For 1 hour, the drinker gains a climbing speed equal to their walking speed and advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks to climb.

A clear, almost-air potion that fogs the glass when moved. The Moonlit Phial's label warns: 'Handle with silence.'

The drinker becomes invisible for up to 1 hour. The effect ends if the drinker attacks or casts a spell.

A bitter, herb-scented draught in an amber vial. Commonly given after prolonged exposure to tainted water or pestilential air.

Cures a number of common maladies and restores a small amount of vitality; often used for treating poisons and lingering illnesses.

A silver-threaded leather packet containing a bitter-smelling salve and a tiny phial. The label reads 'Lunar Ward Salve' and bears a crude wolf-and-moon motif.

Apply to a fresh bite wound or drink within an hour of exposure to reduce the chance of contracting lycanthropy. If the DM uses a rule to roll for infection, this potion grants advantage on that roll and grants advantage on any saving throw related to the infection for 24 hours.

A black vial with a single hair embedded in the cork. It smells faintly of roasted herbs and iron.

When consumed, grants the user advantage on Wisdom and Constitution saving throws against effects that would impose lycanthropy or worsen it for 24 hours. Single dose.

A pale blue phial whose contents seem to shimmer like moon-gleam on water.

Drinking this elixir grants darkvision out to 60 feet (if you already have darkvision, increase its range by 30 feet) and grants a bonus to Wisdom saving throws made while under moonlight for 8 hours.
Miscellaneous3

A clear glass ampoule filled with a pale, slightly effervescent liquid. Labeled 'antidote' in careful script.

Drinkable or can be administered to an unconscious creature to give advantage against poison saves for 1 hour.

A clay flask of lamp oil. Simple, cheap, and useful for both utility and traps.

Fuel for lamps and lanterns; can be splashed onto a creature or into an area to create an oil fire (5 fire damage on first exposure while burning).

A small phial of clear, oily liquid labeled 'Universal Solvent' in cramped script. Rannoc keeps one on his workbench at all times.

Solvent dissolves most adhesives and glues. It does not affect magical bonds or permanent planar seals unless the DM rules otherwise.
Miscellaneous2

A small iron-bound phial wrapped in waxed cloth. When unsealed the fluid smells faintly of winter embers.

On a hit the target is set alight and takes fire damage at the start of each of its turns until the fire is extinguished. A creature can use its action to attempt to put the flames out ( Dexterity check).

A pale blue vial, the acid inside sloshes like quicksilver. The cork is sealed with wax stamped in a wolf's paw.

On a hit the target takes acid damage; a splash can affect objects or multiple creatures if the DM rules so.
Miscellaneous2

A stout ceramic jug whose painted moon phases are slightly different each day. Rannoc claims he can coax rare draughts from its belly.

On command the jug pours a chosen liquid from a short, fixed list; each jug has a limited set of options (water, oil, acid in tiny amounts, etc.).

A plain canvas bag with a silver-threaded moon stitched into its mouth. The lining smells faintly of lavender and earth.

Can hold a large amount of gear without increasing weight carried; opening interacts badly with extradimensional items at the DM's discretion.
Miscellaneous1

A leather satchel bristling with glassware, a mortar and pestle, and labeled jars of reagents.

Using these supplies and appropriate downtime a character can craft common alchemical items and attempt other alchemical tasks.

Shop Atmosphere

The shop is open late into the night and is arranged around a shallow basin of water that captures moonlight; the owner insists it improves potency. Rannoc offers discounts for silver, unique wolf pelts, or moonflower blossoms but refuses coin from those he judges cruel to animals. The front window fogs more heavily on nights approaching the full moon and the cellar is locked three nights before each full moon. Customers reporting howls outside are politely told the howl belongs to 'family'.
