Ishara's shop hums softly—tiny whorls of wind and faint heat pulses in the air, sometimes rearranging labels by themselves. The Genasi speaks in brief gusts and small sparks: when pleased she blows a warm puff that smells faintly of ozone and citrus; when bored, a single ash-gray spark will pop from a vial. She keeps a ledger of customers and is more likely to barter with those who bring rare elemental reagents (ice from a cloud giant, soot from a volcanic salamander, a tear of a water spirit). She refuses bulk sales of sleep or paralysis agents and asks adventuring parties to sign a simple code of responsibility for dangerous items.
