Shop Atmosphere

The shop is hung with dozens of little lanterns, each labeled in an assortment of handwritings. At dusk a single lantern walks the store's wooden floor on its own and the owner calls it "Mote". Customers find notes taped to the counter offering odd bargains: trade a secret for a discount; buy a map for a small riddle. A resident black cat named Wick curls in the window and seems to judge anyone who asks about the shop's rarer oddities.
