Potions2

A smoky glass phial with a feather trapped inside. Heals moderate wounds when consumed.

Heal 4 HPCures HP when consumed.

A vial of dark-red liquid that clings to the inside of the bottle like dried blood.

Heal 8 HPHeals HP when consumed.
Armor2

A midnight-black cloak embroidered with tiny raven silhouettes. Grants a subtle aura of defense.

AC +1Wearer gains bonus to AC and saving throws.

Soft leather boots with subtle raven embroidery. Makes movement uncanny and precise.

Wearer's speed isn't reduced by heavy armor, and they triple jump distance and have advantage on Strength (Athletics) checks to jump.
Miscellaneous1

A blackened wand carved into the likeness of an open wing. Emits threads of shadowy silk.

Contains 7 charges. Spend charges to cast web (1 charge) or web as a 4th-level spell (3 charges). Regains charges at dawn.
Miscellaneous7

A carved onyx raven that, when activated, flutters in shadow and guides the bearer toward hidden doors.

Once per day, activates and gives the user advantage on Investigation and Perception checks to find doors, traps, or secret ports for 1 hour.

A black-inked scroll sealed with a pale feather. Contains plane shift.

Single-use scroll cast of plane shift (requires correct spellcraft/ability to cast).

A slim ring set with a single obsidian chip that seems to absorb thought.

Wearer is immune to magic that allows other creatures to read thoughts, determine alignment, or detect surface thoughts. If the wearer dies while wearing it, their soul enters the ring.

A torn piece of parchment with charcoal marks: rough trail markers and a scrawled name — 'Elayne'.

Gives a vague lead: Elayne d'Cragguard was last seen near the eastern line of watch cairns beyond Thornfen, heading toward the Cragguard Ruins at dusk. Grants advantage on a Nature or Survival check to locate the path if used within a day of travel.

A neatly rolled scroll sealed with black wax. Allows sending a short message across any distance.

Single use: cast sending (as the spell).

A thin silver mirror inscribed with night-blooming runes. Grants one casting of scrying via the mirror.

Permits one scrying cast that can see a creature or location. If used to find a person, a successful save vs. the spell compromises the attempt as normal.

Two black candles that shed no smoke and never melt. Their flame is a soft blue.

The candles burn forever, providing light like a torch. If used to mark a location, they faintly glow to the bearer on the same plane once per day.
Weapons1

A dagger forged from dull black steel; its edge drinks in light.

Atk On a critical hit, the target must succeed on a Wisdom save or be frightened until end of its next turn.
Miscellaneous2

A tarnished locket engraved with a closed eye. Warm to the touch and unnervingly familiar.

On first wear, the locket imprints the last 1 minute of physical pain the wearer experienced into itself. Whenever the wearer opens the locket, they relive that pain (suffer psychic damage and are stunned until end of next turn). The locket 'remembers' one pain at a time; a new recording overwrites the old when the wearer is hurt again.

A dried black feather sealed in glass. When uncorked, distant cries can be heard.

Once attuned, the vial records the last word spoken to the bearer during a lethal strike. When opened later, the sound plays back loudly for 1 minute; any creature within 30 feet that hears it must succeed on a Wisdom save or be frightened for 1 minute. The recording cannot be silenced by normal means.

Shop Atmosphere

Garrin Vale keeps a ledger of 'memories' — a secret record of every cursed trinket sold and to whom. He speaks softly, often tilting his head as if listening for a distant raven. He will trade location information about Elayne d'Cragguard (she was last seen leaving the Thornfen watch cairns toward the Cragguard Ruins at dusk, possibly accompanied by a small retinue and a wounded griffon) but demands a price: either a favor, knowledge of a rival merchant, or a rare item in trade. The shop smells faintly of ink, old leather, and rain; shadows gather near the rafters as if keeping watch.
