Shop Atmosphere

Ilvara keeps a ledger chained to the counter that sings lowly when a true bargain is struck. She offers haggling as a sport—if you lose, she may ask for a favor instead of extra coin (favours are usually simple: 'deliver a letter', 'listen to a story', or 'retrieve an odd trinket'). She will not sell the most dangerous items without seeing paperwork, proof of intent, or being convinced you aren't planning to break the city treaties. Her shop is scented with pine and oil; shelves are immaculate, and she often offers tea to customers while negotiating.
