She offers discounts to customers who bring her unusual components (glow-lichen, ironroot, or a petrified moth). She refuses to sell the truly dangerous items to those she doubts will use them responsibly and keeps a cat—'Glyph'—that naps atop the counter and occasionally bats at spectral price tags.
