A ruby-red vial that glows faintly when cradled. Restores a burst of vital energy.

Heal 2 HPHeals HP when consumed (standard Potion of Healing effect).

Thicker crimson liquid, warmed and softly humming with restorative magic.

Heal 4 HPHeals HP when consumed (Greater Healing).

A viscous, garnet concoction that seems to stitch breath and blood back together.

Heal 8 HPHeals HP when consumed (Superior Healing).

A black, iridescent draught. Drinkers can briefly see lingering spirits and undead traces.

For 1 hour: you can see invisible undead and spectral auras within 60 ft; advantage on Perception and Investigation checks to detect undead or traps laid by necromancers.

A pewter-stoppered vial that emits a slow, hollow pulse. Intended to let the living ask the dead a few questions.

Potion grants the effects of the Speak with Dead spell (single 10-minute casting when consumed).

A frosted vial that chills the skin. Drinking it imbues necrotic resilience at a cost.

For 1 hour: resistance to necrotic damage, but vulnerability to radiant damage. While under its effect, corporeal undead have disadvantage on saving throws against your necromancy spells.

A smoky vial etched with runes of domination. Grants temporary influence over lesser undead.

When consumed, once within the next hour you can use an action to command up to 6 HD worth of undead as if casting the Command Undead (custom effect akin to a limited Control Undead: Charisma or undead resist; lasts 10 minutes).

A vial that holds a flicker like a captured ember of a departed soul. Dangerous and potent.

Upon consumption, once within the next minute you can choose to unleash the soulfire: radiant damage to fiends/undead in a 20-foot cone (Dex save for half). Alternatively, you may spend that energy to restore 40 HP to a willing creature instead of dealing damage.

A jet-black flask wrapped in dull mithral wire; this elixir flirts with death and power in equal measure.

Legendary: Consuming grants True Unseeing for 10 minutes—you become undetectable by undead senses and gain advantage on Death saving throws; once during the duration you may impose a failed death save on a hostile undead within 30 ft (Wisdom save negates). Side effects: 1 level of exhaustion and a temporary scar that radiates faint necrotic energy for 24 hours.
Miscellaneous5

A small vial of bitter, chalky liquid that eases the effects of poison.

Advantage on saving throws against poison for 1 minute (single use).

A small iron-capped crystal flask of sanctified water; glows dimly against undead.

Splash: deals radiant to undead/on a hit; burns fiends and undead.

A jar of inky liquid that, when used to write names on a surface, leaves faint spectral whispers near the lettering.

Grants advantage on checks to recall or recognize a named undead, and the writing can be used in simple necromantic rituals as a focus.

Small well-sealed glass vials—useful for adventurers to store potions, samples, or reagents.

A pinch of grey dust harvested from ossuaries. Used as a component in necromantic rites and some potions.

Used as material component for necromancy spells (substitute in rituals). Can be mixed into potions to grant them a faint undead-sight property.

Shop Atmosphere

The shop occupies a cellar lit by phosphorescent fungi and lanterns filled with pale, cold oil. Bones in tidy piles serve as both shelves and ledger markers. Kharzun speaks in clipped, gravelly tones, polishing flasks with a rag smeared with soot and silver dust. He dislikes loud conversation about 'heroes' and will quietly refuse to sell certain items to anyone who reeks of overt holy fervor. He offers a secret loyalty discount to customers who leave a scrap of their hair (for identification) and favors duergar-making barter—metalwork and rare ores can be accepted at reduced coin prices. Occasionally a faint whispering echoes when a new bottle is uncorked; Kharzun claims it's the products settling accounts with the dead.
