A rough-carved cross of oak with a faded holy symbol burned into it. Worn on a cord; common among pilgrims.

Can be used as a holy symbol for ceremonies; minor sanctity provides +1 to Persuasion when dealing with devout NPCs (DM fiat).

A small glass phial filled with water blessed at dawn. Effective against undead and fiends.

As per D&D 5e holy water: dealing radiant damage to fiends and undead when splashed.

A sturdy brass lantern with a hood to direct light. Comes with a small flask of oil enough for 6 hours.

Provides bright light in a 30-foot radius and dim light for an additional 30 feet when lit.

Two loaves of coarse bread, a wedge of aged cheese, and a handful of dried herbs—sufficient for a day's simple rations.

Eating while in the presence of a temple member may grant +1 temporary morale to roleplay checks (DM discretion).

Preserved meat, bread, and dried fruit packed for one day's travel.

None mechanical beyond nourishment.

A plain, hand-bound book with a few printed prayers and blank pages for notes and blessings.

Can serve as a holy symbol if inscribed with the appropriate deity symbols.

A basic stick torch. Cheap, common, and easy to light.

Provides bright light 20 ft, dim light 20 ft beyond that; can be used to make improvised attacks ( fire).

Bandages, salves, and splints in a leather pouch. Useful for tending wounds in the field.

Grants advantage on Medicine checks to stabilize a dying creature; supplies last for 10 uses.

Cones of aromatic incense blessed for use in rites, warding, and purification.

When burned in a room, grants +1 to saving throws against fear for those present for 1 hour (roleplay/DM call).

A sturdy leather waterskin with a sewn stopper.

Holds 4 pints. Sister Maren will fill it with holy water for 24 gp (one-time service).

A string of carved bone and wooden beads used in prayer and meditation, often carried by devout townsfolk.

When used in a short prayer (1 minute), grants wearer +1 to concentration checks on non-magical tasks for 1 hour (flavour/DM discretion).

A razor-sharp awl used for mending clothes and leather. Dedicated to the patron saint of charity.

Useful as a tool for repairs; grants +2 to improvised leatherworking checks when used.

A small wooden chest with a simple lock and a slit for coins. Used by local shrines.

Lock is simple ( to pick).

Clean linen used for bandaiding wounds and stopping bleeding.

Single use; required for stabilizing and basic first aid.
Armor2

A heavy wool cloak dyed in muted tones. Useful for warmth and modest concealment in a crowd.

Provides resistance to cold exposure while worn (comfort only; no mechanical resistance unless DM rules otherwise).

A simple cotton tunic, serviceable for commoners and pilgrims.

AC +10Functions as simple clothing/PD equivalent to non-armored AC.
Weapons2

A plain hardwood staff, polished smooth. Useful as a walking stick and a defensive weapon.

None special; reliable and simple.

A crudely made dagger, serviceable but not balanced like a masterwork blade.

No special effects; can be consecrated in a minor rite for 5 gp (cosmetic).
Potions1

A bitter draught brewed with local herbs. Grants advantage on saving throws against poison for 1 hour (DM may simplify).

As per DM ruling; not an official 5e antitoxin but functions similarly to common homebrew antitoxin.

Shop Atmosphere

Sister Maren hums quiet hymns while she works and will silently slip small alms to those she judges needy. She refuses to sell weapons to obviously hostile customers and offers a small blessing (1 minute ritual) free with any purchase. The shop smells of incense and leavened bread; a battered wooden donation box sits by the door and customers who leave a coin are often blessed with a short prayer for safe travel.
