Shop Atmosphere

Hrolf insists on pricing everything in septims and will proudly show off the Black-Briar seal on certain goods. He quotes bargains in a loud voice and always offers you a 'family discount' if you buy three or more items — or if you help run an errand in town. He keeps a jar of pickled salmon behind the counter which he offers as a test of courage to customers; those who refuse may be teased. Hrolf dislikes Imperial tax collectors, but accepts lawful coin without comment.
