(13)A simple iron dagger with a hairline nick; the pommel is wrapped in oilcloth. Cleaned well enough for use, likely relieved from someone's belt.
A short sword with rust pitting the fuller. Sturdy enough, but needs oiling and a whetstone.
A longbow with a splint and leather binding; serviceable for a few shots if handled carefully.
Small, crudely forged knives meant for stabbing at close quarters or as throwaways.
A hooded cloak dyed in a grimy, slate color. Lightweight, slightly water-resistant, with inner pockets for small contraband.
A compact set of thin picks and tension wrenches in a small leather roll. Well-made and oiled; not legal in many ports.
A tiny glass phial of thick black sap. Illegal and dangerous; used to coat blades or tip arrows.
A cramped scrap of parchment covered in hurried ink; contains a single casting of Thaumaturgy.
A forged seafarer's pass and a salon of stamps for a specific minor port authority. Useful for slipping past patrols if not inspected closely.
A waterlogged coin etched with a laughing face. It's apparently worthless in most markets but reeks of bad luck to some.
A crude tin cylinder that emits a flash and billowing black smoke when lit. Illegal and unpredictable.
Fingerless leather gloves with stick patches on the palm; helps grip rope and small objects.
Red-brown liquid that bubbles faintly. Heals, but leaves a bad taste and slight grogginess for an hour.

Shop Atmosphere
“The Blighted Bilge sits three alleys in from the rotten quay, under a wavering lantern with a fishbone sigil. Mallik keeps the lights low and plays a tune on a cracked jawbone when a 'friend' enters. Transactions are done with coins placed on a chipped pewter tray; Mallik counts them with a steady stare and vanishes two doors down if the authorities approach. He offers a free chain-smoked cigarette for first-time buyers and rarely gives change greater than 10 cp. If you pocket anything without asking, he will know—once—and either claim it later as 'bartering debt' or quietly arrange for you to be followed. The shop smells of brine, lamp oil, and old iron; deals are often cheaper if you can tell a believable story or leave something in trade.”
