Weapons6

A perfectly balanced, damasked-steel longsword with a gilded pommel and the Ironmantle hallmark. Favored by nobles and officers for both appearance and reliability.

Cosmetic; no magical bonus in 5e rules.

A heavy battleaxe forged with decorative flourishes and a perfectly weighted haft — the kind of weapon a wealthy mercenary might buy.

A heavy head and stout haft, stamped with Brenn's rune. Ideal for clerics who prefer melee or for militia captains.

A simple, well-enchanted longsword: subtle runes along the fuller glow faintly when danger is near.

Atk +1 to attack and damage rolls.

A blood-red fuller runs the length of the blade and faint heat rises off it. Once struck, embers leap and flame follows the cut.

Atk Deals an extra fire damage on hit. Can shed bright light (10 ft) and dim light (10 ft) when a command word is spoken. Rare item; attunement not required.

A longbow laminated with fine woods and horn, restrung with a magically flexible cord that smooths each draw.

Composite design reduces fatigue for the wielder; considered 'matched' to a strength of up to 16 (DM discretion).
Armor4

A light, silvery chain shirt crafted from rare mithral. It looks light as a feather but rings of the finest weave keep the body well protected.

AC +13Counts as light for purposes of stealth; does not impose disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks due to weight.

A heavy-steel heater shield edged in hammered gold. When planted, runes flare and bolster the defender.

AC +1 bonus to AC while wielded.

A breastplate of hammered steel, embossed with gold filigree and runes that shimmer faintly in torchlight. Comfortable and protective.

AC +15+1 to AC when worn (breastplate base AC 14 plus enchantment).

Fingered gauntlets etched with subtle runes. They hum faintly when a heavy grip is applied.

Atk Grants +1 to attack and damage with unarmed strikes while worn. While attuned, wearer gains a bonus to Strength (Athletics) checks used to grapple or shove.
Potions2

A small crystal vial of ruby-red liquid. A single swallow closes minor wounds and eases pain.

Heal 7 HPRestores hit points when consumed (average 7).

A thicker bubbling potion in a charred-glass vial. It knits bones and flesh more rapidly than common healing draughts.

Heal 14 HPRestores hit points when consumed (average 14).
Miscellaneous3

An exquisite, gilded set of smithing tools: hammers, punches, tongs, a jewel-forged chisel and a compact portable forge kit.

When used by a character proficient with smith's tools, grants +2 to checks to craft, repair, or appraise metal items (DM adjudication).

A bespoke reinforcement installed on an existing suit of armor: additional plates, rebuckling, and gilded edging tailored to the wearer.

Provides a nonmagical +1 to AC for the modified armor (does not stack with magical armor's AC bonuses). It adds bulk — the wearer takes disadvantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks while wearing it.

A monumental anvil of sun-polished iron banded with gold and inlaid runes. It dominates Brenn's back room and is the source of the shop's famed work.

When used by a master smith, once per week it grants advantage on a single crafting check to create or repair a metal item. Occasionally imparts a faint cosmetic glow to crafted items.

Shop Atmosphere

The shop gleams — gilded fittings, polished stone floors and brass lamps give the place a rich, almost ceremonial air. Brenn hums old dwarven forgesongs while he works, refuses to haggle on handcrafted goods but freely negotiates for commissions. He stamps every piece with a tiny hammer-and-anvil mark only visible on close inspection. High-value items are kept behind a lattice of wrought iron (and Brenn's watchful gaze). He prefers payment in gold or platinum and offers clients swift, luxurious packaging and written certificates of authenticity for anything over 200 gp.
