Miscellaneous8

A waxed parcel of scones, cured mushrooms and jam. Keeps for a week; the jam hums faintly when opened.

A comforting sip removes one level of exhaustion (if any) once when eaten; single-use.

A coil of rope with tiny embroidered teacups along its length. Reliable and a little aromatic.

A short white candle shaped like a tiny tophat. Burns for ~2 hours.

When lit in a quiet room, casts faint dancing faces in the smoke for 1 minute (harmless).

A simple leather pack with a padded pocket sized for a teacup or pocketwatch.

A small tin of crystalline sugar that, when tossed, gives off three soft ticking noises.

One-use each: sprinkle on food for a pleasant fizzing noise and bonus to one Performance check (DM adjudicates).

A small jar of candied mushrooms and fruit preserved in syrup that ticks faintly. Good on scones.

Eating a spoonful grants advantage on one Intelligence (Investigation) check within the next hour (DM discretion).

A jumble of mismatched keys on a ribbon. Some gleam oddly when someone lies nearby.

One key in the bunch might open a curious chest or box (DM decides); otherwise decorative.

A delicate teacup painted with tiny, dancing playing-cards around the rim.

If filled and sipped at an improvised tea-time, grants +1 morale to a single social check (applies to one person).
Miscellaneous2

A brass striker engraved with a jumping rabbit. Produces spark reliably even in damp tea-houses.

A compact sewing set with a silver thimble stamped with a tiny crown.

The trick thimble grants advantage on one Thieves' Tools or Sleight of Hand check per day when used (tactile roleplay required).
Miscellaneous3

A brass pocketwatch whose hands sometimes run backwards for no reason. Engraved: 'Never Late'.

Once per day, as a bonus action you may consult it to gain a bonus to initiative rolls for 1 minute.

A small box containing 52 hand-painted cards. Each card depicts a scene that looks alive if you stare long enough.

Once per day you can throw a card to create a minor illusion (as minor illusion cantrip) no larger than a 5-foot cube for up to 10 minutes.

A silvery whistle with a tiny rabbit carved into its mouthpiece.

Blow once to summon a small rabbit (harmless, noncombat) that will fetch a small object (no more than 1 lb) within visual range if commanded politely. Lasts 1 hour or until dismissed. Usable once per short rest.
Miscellaneous1

A flamboyant, slightly threadbare top hat banded with tea-stained ribbon. Feels warm to the touch.

Once per long rest the wearer can cast disguise self (self-only) without components. Grants +1 to Charisma (Performance) checks while worn.
Potions2

A little vial of pale amber liquid smelling faintly of bergamot. Heals wounds when drunk.

Heal 7 HP

A porcelain vial of concentrated tea. Drink to ease jittering nerves and trembling hands.

For 1 hour after drinking, you have advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Miscellaneous1

A mottled gray-blue cloak with a faint embroidered grin along the hem. The grin moves when nobody is looking.

Once per long rest, the wearer can gain advantage on Stealth checks for up to 1 hour (ends on deliberate attack or movement that breaks stealth).
Weapons1

A small, razor-edged dagger painted with the face of a queen of hearts. Good for paring and stabbing.

The painted card-face occasionally flutters when danger is near ( harmless, roleplay cue).
Miscellaneous1

Two tiny brass butterflies with painted wings that flutter when wound.

When released, the butterflies distract a crowd: grant advantage on one Charisma (Performance or Deception) check. They flutter for 10 minutes then stop.

Shop Atmosphere

The Curious Crumpet & Clockwork Curios sits on a crooked corner where the street bends like a question mark. Shelves lean like gossiping neighbors; teacups hang from hooks and a brass cuckoo punctuates the hour with a polite 'Are you being properly curious?'. Tabitha March-Hatter, a florid human bard who wears a different hat each hour, runs the shop with equal parts recipe and riddle. She will accept gold, gossip, favors, or particularly amusing hats in trade. She insists customers try a complimentary cup of Tick-Tock jam on scones prior to haggling and occasionally hides a 'special' item in plain sight for those who ask the right question (or sing the wrong song). When asked directions she responds in riddles, and when a bargain is struck she pours tea to celebrate, regardless of whose cup it ends up in.
