Shop Atmosphere

The shop sits beneath a low basalt arch, chained doors sliding open to a cramped, soot-dark interior. Shelves of mismatched metal, glass, and fungus- treated leather are divided into 'fine', 'questionable', and 'illicit' piles. Kraznuk speaks in clipped Common and Undercommon, frequently tapping a chain on his wrist to bargain; he inspects anything offered with a mechanical contraption that hums faintly. He accepts coin, favors for the city guard, and certain marked duergar tokens as partial payment. Beware the back room: Kraznuk's 'special items' are kept there, and he rarely lets anyone leave without first weighing the morality of their intentions.
