Shop Inventory
(15)A reliable steel longsword, balanced for two-handed or one-handed use. A common soldier's trusted blade and a staple of Grak's stock.
Rugged greataxe, head peened and riveted for brutal durability. Standard greataxe stats; made for shock strikes.
A +1 Greataxe, a rare prize in this region. Grak claims he tempered this with a sliver of star-metal scavenged from a crashed wagon.
Interlocking rings hammered and sewn to a leather gambeson. Common heavy armor for militia and sellswords.
Studded leather armor, reinforced with small iron studs hammered by Grak's apprentices.
Round iron-rimmed shield, painted with crude clan sigils. Adds the usual defensive bonus when wielded.
+1 Shield. A prized defensive piece—rare to find in common markets but a tool Grak will part with for the right price.
Orcish Riveted Helmet. Heavy for a helm but protects against glancing blows; preferred by raiders and militia captains.
Potion of Healing (standard). A helpful emergency salve popular with adventuring parties.
Potion of Greater Healing. Not cheap, but does a good job when a companion is hurting badly.
Smith's Tools. Grak keeps extra sets for apprentices and travelling mercs who need repairs on the road.
Bracer of the Forge. A utility trinket favored by metalworkers and siege crews; less flashy than combat items but very useful.
Weapon Sharpening and Maintenance. Grak will sharpen a single blade and oil moving parts to return it to fighting condition.
Armor Repair (per hour). Grak can repair armor damaged in the field; complex work or magical armor may cost more or require the owner to stay.
Bag of Metal Scraps. Useful for small repairs or as trade material; Grak will buy larger scrap piles at a fair price.

Shop Atmosphere
“The forge always smells faintly of smoked iron and boiled goat. A black iron bell above the door is struck three times when a new weapon leaves the shop. Grak paints a single red stripe on any weapon he considers 'worthy' and will haggle less with those who bring him stories of battle.”
