Weapons3

A finely braided leather whip studded with cold iron and etched with tiny runes of endurance. Used ceremonially and in penitent rituals.

Atk On a hit, once per short rest the wielder can invoke Loviatar's Mark to deal an extra psychic damage and grant the target vulnerability to the wielder's next attack (mechanically: next attack deals +2 damage).

A whip with woven iron links and a barbed tip. Heavy and dangerous in the right hands; a favored implement among temple enforcers.

Atk On a critical hit, the target suffers an additional piercing damage and must succeed on a Constitution save or be stunned until the end of their next turn (once per short rest).

A stout, compact crossbow forged in duergar forges. Reliable and favored for temple guards.

Has a hidden latch that allows quick reloading once per short rest (you can reload as a bonus action; DM adjudicates).
Miscellaneous10

A small iron brazier used in temple rites. When lit, incense and holy oils are burned while penitents confess.

When consecrated by the priestess (1 hour ritual), the brazier grants advantage on Wisdom (Religion) checks pertaining to Loviatar relics.

A slender steel needle on a leather thong. Not truly a weapon but used to mark devotion. Humming faintly with divine resonance.

Once per long rest, a willing creature pierced with the needle gains concentration advantage: when concentrating, they add + to their Constitution saving throws to maintain concentration for 1 hour.

A brass censer that emits low, murmuring sounds when incense burns inside. Used as a holy focus by priests of Loviatar.

Functions as a holy symbol for clerics/paladins of Loviatar. Once per long rest, a cleric using it can cast spare the dying as a ritual with a whispered plea, and the patient gains a bonus to Death saving throws for the next minute.

Charred-linen bandages treated with sanctified soot and oils. Applied during penance and first aid.

Heal 1 HPEach use stabilizes a dying creature automatically and restores 1 HP. Twice per day on one of the uses, instead of 1 HP, it grants temporary HP as the soot fortifies the spirit.

Small cold-iron studs used to adorn ritual gear or to add to weapons for dealing with fey and certain outsiders.

When attached to a weapon, grants +1 damage vs fey and creatures vulnerable to cold iron (DM adjudicated).

A cracked piece of carved bone wrapped in a black ribbon. The temple keeps a few for ritual disposal; they are cheap and dangerous.

This item is cursed: anyone who keeps it finds their dreams plagued by torment (disadvantage on long rests) until they willingly undergo a purification ritual (cost 50 gp, administered by the temple) or the curse is removed by remove curse.

A dark oil used to anoint the brow before trials. Smells faintly metallic.

When applied, grants the next saving throw against being frightened advantage. Lasts 8 hours or one use.

A single-use parchment bearing a short ritual prayer that fortifies body and will.

When read (takes 10 minutes), grants all participants in a 10-foot radius advantage on Constitution saving throws for 1 hour. Usable once.

Iron shackles engraved with prayers to Loviatar. Used to restrain penitents or prisoners awaiting judgment.

When a restrained creature focuses on the shackles for 1 minute, they may attempt a Wisdom save to cast lesser restoration on themselves once (temple magic bound to the irons).

A flat stone tablet for inscribing short prayers or vows. Common in the temple gift stalls.

If inscribed and blessed (15 minutes, 5 gp service), the tablet grants the owner a +1 inspiration die usable once in a month during acts of penance.
Armor1

Stark, dark chainmail with small hooked studs designed to intimidate and bind. Crafted by duergar smiths and blessed in the temple.

AC +13While worn, once per long rest the bearer can use a reaction to reduce incoming damage by + proficiency modifier as they steel themselves through pain.
Potions2

A vial of thick, brackish liquid that tastes of iron and sea salt. Used in hit-and-run penance rites.

When poured over a wound (ally or self), it grants the target temporary hit points equal to + spellcaster modifier, but causes necrotic damage immediately as the body steels itself. Usable once per short rest by the recipient.

A tin of bitter salve used to dull pain and focus the mind during ordeals.

When applied, the user gains advantage on one attack roll or one saving throw within 10 minutes, but suffers disadvantage on Charisma checks for 1 hour as the bitter taste unnerves social finesse.

Shop Atmosphere

The temple forbids loud laughter within the shop; those who break the rule are gently but insistently ridiculed by the clerics and charged a 'tonal penance' (1 sp) to be paid into the charity jar. The High-Priestess offers discounts to those who show visible signs of penance (bandages, soot, a fresh scar), and refuses to sell certain items (like the Needle of True Discipline) to those she judges as braggarts or flaunters of comfort. The shop's chanting background hum creates a lingering mild discomfort (mechanically none, but roleplay-enforced) for customers unaccustomed to duergar austerity.
