Once consumed, grants the eater and up to three allies within 10 feet temporary hit points equal to + the eater's Constitution modifier (minimum 1). Also grants advantage on one Persuasion check to recount a fond tale, usable for the next hour.

Thrown (range 20/60). On impact it explodes in a 10-foot radius: creatures must make a Dex save, taking cold damage on a failed save, half on success, and creatures in the area have their speed reduced by 10 feet until the end of their next turn as fine rime forms on them.

An embossed ticket that guarantees one free scoop per day for a month at Jesabell's.

Holders may trade in one free scoop per day. Some patrons report small boons from Jesabell when used during festivals.
Weapons2

A utility folding spoon with a sharpened edge—useful for eating, carving, or as a last-resort blade.

Functions as an ordinary dagger. When used to stir an active magical infusion it grants a +1 to the next Arcana or Alchemist's Tools check (single use).

A weighted ice-cream scoop forged with clockwork gears. In battle it feels perfectly balanced.

Atk Considered a magical simple melee weapon. On a hit, the target must succeed on a Con save or take an extra cold damage as a burst of brine-frost skims their skin.
Potions3

A chilled scoop of mint-vanilla that cools the tongue and the blood. Served in a silver thimble.

Heal 8 HPHeals + your spellcasting modifier (or + your proficiency if not a spellcaster) when eaten. Grants resistance to fire damage for 10 minutes (from the cold infusion).

A sundae served in a small brass bowl with ticking ornaments. Eating it is a little like eating a spell.

Heal 24 HPHeals . For the next hour the eater gains advantage on saves vs. extreme cold and can ignore difficult terrain caused by ice or sleet.

A perfectly formed scoop of ice-cream that glows with inner frost. Displayed in a glass cloche until requested.

When consumed, the eater gains immunity to cold damage for 24 hours and can cast the spell Sleet Storm once (save ) as a 4th-level casting. Additionally, once within that day they can touch a weapon to coat it—weapon deals an extra cold damage on first successful hit for 1 minute.

A compact parasol reinforced with polished brass and oiled leather. Keeps contents (and wearer) unusually cool.

AC +1Grants +1 to AC while held or carried overhead as a shield-like device (but does not occupy shield slot if used to shade a contraption). Once per long rest, activates to grant resistance to cold for 1 hour to wearer.

Jesabell speaks in quick, comforting halfling cadences and oils her gadgets while telling stories. She keeps a tiny, perpetually chilled mechanical mouse named 'Pint' that samples new flavors—Pint refuses any scoop with raisins. The shop plays a soft ticking from hidden clocks; customers buying more than one magical item must sign a chalk 'ice-age waiver' that Jesabell insists is 'solely for flavor.' She will barter minor customizations (color of toppings, engraving on brass bowls) for a story, a small interesting trinket, or a recipe from travelers.
