Shop Atmosphere

Sahra insists purchases above 500 gp be accompanied by tea and a tale of travel; she'll reduce up to 5% for a particularly good story. The shop's central glass basin emits a soft breeze; rumor says it is connected to a minor conjured oasis. Items occasionally appear rotated on shelves like someone— or something—tested them in the night. Sahra never sells more than two identical major magical items to the same buyer and will refuse to sell certain items to customers who refuse to remove their boots before entering.
