(17)A once-decent longsword, edge nicked and surface pitted with rust; someone has tried to buff out a faded maker's mark.
A sharp blade with a subtle hum and fine engraving. The edge glints oddly despite grime — clearly magical.
A shortsword with a slightly bent blade, hammered back to shape and re-wrapped haphazardly.
A basic warhammer with dings and a pitted head. The haft has been bound with leather strips.
Five daggers, some better tempered than others. Several have been sharpened and re-wrapped.
A heavy two-handed maul whose head has been welded back onto a splintered shaft; effective but awkward.
A wooden heater shield, the paint of a noble house's crest scratched beyond recognition; a long crack runs across the face but it's been bound with rawhide.
Well-worn leather armor, patched repeatedly. Still serviceable for light-armor wearers.
Studded leather armor with mismatched studs. Offers decent protection if sized properly.
A chain shirt with some flattened rings and a few replaced links. Heavy wear marks at the shoulders.
A single breastplate: heavy, dented, but still serviceable. The flanks and pauldrons are missing.
A partial set of chain mail with a stamped mark on several links. Some pieces are missing but what's there is serviceable.
A small vial of red liquid that glows faintly when shaken.
A heavier crystal vial filled with a deeper red mixture.
A well-made cloak with a subtle shimmer. The lining shows signs of hurried stitching and a removed label.
A small kit with a whetstone, a hammer, tongs, and a few spare rivets; good for field repairs.
A battered quiver holding twenty arrows of varying quality; some have fine points, others are blunt.

Shop Atmosphere
“The forge smells of coal, sweat, and cheap spirits. Bera is brusque, quick with a lie and quicker with a whetstone. She prefers coin but takes favours, stolen goods, or appointments with cutpurses as part payment. Many items are deliberately underpriced — either because Bera needs them moved fast, or because their provenance would cost you more in questions from the watch. She keeps the best things behind a trapdoor and only shows them after a private signal (a light rap pattern) and a handshake. If the city watch asks, Bera pretends ignorance; if a rival tries to lift from the back, she has friends who know how to make 'mistakes' in the dark.”
