Miscellaneous3

A thin silver ring inset with a small opalescent chip that hums faintly. Grants telepathic whispering and mental clarity to the wearer.

Allows telepathic communication with any creature within 120 feet. Once per long rest, wearer can cast Detect Thoughts (save ) without components. Advantage on Persuasion checks when initiating conversation.

A heart-shaped glass pendant that warms against the skin and faintly smells of rosewater. Inscribed with tiny sigils of binding.

Wearer has advantage on Charisma (Persuasion) checks. Once per day, the wearer may cast Modify Memory (to a limited degree: affects up to 10 minutes of memory).

A palm-sized stone figurine carved in the likeness of an unknown patron. Softly hums when magical detection is used nearby.

When placed in a room, the idol casts Nondetection and Magic Aura (altered) for 24 hours, making items in the room less obvious to scrying and divination. Recharge: 1/week.
Miscellaneous8

A heavy iron key etched with spirals and a starburst motif. Feels unnaturally cold and resonates with portal-magic.

Opens a single planar portal door within Shslinsi's network (DM: can be keyed to a specific vault). Grants access but may trigger guardian wards.

A weighty leather-bound book filled with annotated histories of lost noble houses and obscure rituals. Margins contain coded notes.

Provides advantage on History checks regarding ancient noble houses and grants a bonus to Arcana checks when researching forgotten enchantments.

A small capped bottle that never runs dry of black ink. The ink resists fading and magical erasure.

Never empties. Ink writes normally and cannot be erased by mundane means; magical erasure requires a dispel with or greater.

A cheery vial of glittering dust that refuses to stay still. The dust, spread in the air, makes the user appear to be slightly offset from their true position.

When used, grants the effects of the Displacement spell for 1 minute (no concentration). Single use.

An oil painting of an empty parlor at dawn. Observers claim the scene subtly shifts to reflect a different morning each time it's viewed.

Once attuned, the owner may use the portrait as a scrying focus to view a place tied emotionally to a creature the owner knows ( save for obscured locations).

Handwritten scrolls bearing spells of mid to high level. Carefully scribed and sealed with wax stamped with Shslinsi's coil emblem.

Usable once to cast the inscribed spell. Save DCs and details per spell. Scrolls are fragile; a failed Arcana check (DC = scroll level + 10) may destroy them if used by an untrained user.

A silver chalice engraved with scenes of banquets. Wine poured from it tends to soothe the mind and cloud anger.

When used to serve wine, the first sip grants Calm Emotions (no saving throw for first minute effect) and a gentle +2 to Insight checks. Once per day.

A sealed envelope bearing Shslinsi's personal sigil. Contains a short note promising a personal audience or a special favor; used as a bargaining chip.

Redeeming the note grants the holder a private meeting and possible access to restricted vault catalogs. Effect and willingness at Shslinsi's discretion.
Armor2

A luxurious midnight-blue cloak woven with silvery threads that shimmer like stars when touched by moonlight.

AC +1Grants +1 to AC while worn. Once per long rest wearer may cast Greater Invisibility (self) for up to 1 minute.

A finely made helm of dark metal lined with crushed velvet. Soft runes glow within when a spell is cast nearby.

AC +2Grants +2 to saving throws against spells. Once per short rest, the wearer can capture a single-target spell (up to 6th level) cast against them and release it on their next turn without components.
Weapons2

A long staff of polished blackwood capped with a coiled silver snake. Warm to the touch and faintly melodic when waved through air.

Atk Functions as a +2 quarterstaff. Has 10 charges: can expend charges to cast Charm Person (1), Hold Person (3), Dominate Beast (5). Regains charges daily at dawn.

A razor-thin rapier with a hilt shaped like entwined vines. Its edge seems to reflect not just light but intention.

Atk This +3 rapier grants advantage on Sleight of Hand and Deception checks when used in a social context. Once per long rest, the wielder can force a target hit by the blade to make a Wisdom save () or be charmed for 1 minute.
Potions1

A crystalline phial filled with a pale, viscous liquid that swirls like cream. Restores a creature drained of ability scores or bound by certain magical effects.

Cures one effect reducing an ability score and removes one condition such as petrification, curse, or reduction of hit point maximum.

Shop Atmosphere

The shop's entrance is discreet—only a small gilded coil above the door marks The Gilded Coil. Inside, tables and shelves are tightly packed with antiquities, relics, art pieces and oddities; the air smells faintly of old parchment, rosewater and ozone. Clerks are young, unnervingly beautiful, eerily calm, and dressed in simple white robes. They have memorized the entire inventory and where each item is stashed and are fiercely loyal and tight-lipped about Shslinsi herself. Shslinsi is a vain, decadent but charming lamia noble, skilled in enchantment and with a collector's obsession for history and beauty. Unknown to nearly everyone, the shop connects to a sprawling network of vaults and pocket-shops across towns and planes via portal-keys—keys Shslinsi always carries. She stumbled upon the network after finding keys on a dead arch-wizard; she has secured and stocked many vaults but sealed off dangerous, unexplored wings. Negotiations in the shop are as likely to involve subtle flattery, veiled threats, or invitations to exclusive salons as they are coin; some items are sold only in exchange for favors, secrets, or unique-looking trinkets that please Shslinsi's eye.
