Shop Atmosphere
“The forge sits at the harbor's northern pier; Mira works at dawn and after curfew, often patching armor between dockside drills. The shop smells of oil, salt, and hot iron. A brass bell rung twice at the door warns of a 'military-only' queue: during wartime Mira gives priority and a small discount to recognized naval officers or militia with stamped orders, but charges coin or metal (spare nails, copper studs) as barter from privateers. She stamps each sale with a tiny anchor sigil and keeps a ledger of requisitions; rumor says she sometimes outfits covert boarding teams with unlisted, hardened gear for secret operations.”
