Shop Atmosphere
“Borun hums old dwarven forge-songs while he works and marks every customer’s purchase with a small iron rune on the receipt — a stitched scrap of leather with a hot-pressed sigil. He dislikes slackers and will demand a small coin deposit (5 gp) for custom work; if the party brings raw ore, he'll haggle for a 'finder's cut' in addition to labor. He keeps a battered tin of 'lucky nails' by the counter (free, one per customer) and believes every blade has a name — ask him and he'll oblige with a two-minute naming ceremony.”
