A neatly rolled parchment covered in tiny, looping runes that shimmer when touched. The scent of old ink and lemon oil lingers.

Atk Mending: repairs a single break or tear in an object or simple mechanism. Restores functionality to nonmagical items; cannot restore missing parts.

A stout scroll with a silver-ink sigil that prickles the hair on the back of your neck when you unroll it.

Atk AC +5Shield: grants bonus to AC until start of caster's next turn (as per spell).

The runes are drowsy to look at; the scroll seems to exhale a tiny yawn when opened.

Atk Sleep: magically induces slumber in creatures (as per spell).

Ink that seems to vanish a moment after you read it. The parchment will not stop whispering a tiny 'shh'.

Atk Invisibility: target becomes invisible for up to 1 hour or until they attack or cast a spell.

A heavy scroll wrapped in soot-flecked silk. When unrolled a faint warmth radiates from the glyphs.

Atk Fireball: fire damage on failed Dexterity save, half on success.

Atk Pratfall: when read and aimed at a creature within 30 feet, the target must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or trip, falling prone and taking bludgeoning damage as a magically-embellished stumble. On a success, the target takes half damage and remains standing.

A small corked vial of rosy liquid that bubbles cheerfully. Classic, reliable, and kissed with a mint aftertaste.

Heal 7 HP

A bright amber potion that hums with a faint, comforting warmth. Good for when a bandage won't do.

Heal 14 HP

A bubbly green bottle with a label that reads 'Guaranteed Guffaws!' in looping letters. Shakes like a laughing friend.

Whoopee Potion: upon drinking the consumer emits a booming, comical fart sound on their next vocalization. Creatures within 10 feet who hear it must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be distracted, granting advantage on the next attack roll against them and imposing disadvantage on Stealth checks for 1 minute. Harmless but humiliating.

A syrupy purple vial with a tiny comb attached to the cork. Smells faintly of citrus and old stage makeup.

Rubber-Beard Elixir: anyone who drinks this and has facial hair finds their hair becomes elastic and rubbery for 1 hour. While active the drinker gains a bonus to Charisma (Deception) checks for comedic effect and may use strands of beard to perform tiny manipulations (not sufficient to replace tool use). If used to trip an enemy, treat as improvised action with DM adjudication.

A tiny bottle filled with tickly, iridescent bubbles. The cork is tied with a sprig of dried pepperleaf.

Elixir of Sneeze: the drinker sneezes a glittering spray in a 10-foot cone. Targets must make a Constitution saving throw or be blinded by shimmering confetti for 1 round and have disadvantage on Perception checks that rely on sight for 1 minute. No damage. Potion is single-use.

A worn leather case filled with extra-fine quills, an inkstone, powdered pigments, and a ruler etched with arcane runes.

Using these supplies gives +2 to checks when attempting to copy a spell or create convincing forged script (DM discretion).

“Quibble's Quirky Quills & Squee Scrolls sits at the crooked intersection of Two-Cat Alley and Third Prank. The shop is painted candy-stripe teal and marigold, and the bell above the door releases a tiny chorus of kazoo notes. Shelves wobble slightly on purpose; scrolls are arranged by mood (Gleeful, Mildly Annoying, Critically Flammable) as well as by spell level. The owner, Quibble Quarkle, is a gnome wizard of eccentric taste (Level 8). Quibble speaks in delighted asides, wears spectacles that steam when he laughs, and insists on offering customers a complimentary whoopee cushion with every purchase larger than 50 gp. He keeps a pet mimic in the form of an over-enthusiastic inkwell named 'Splotch' that occasionally tries to sign receipts in its own drooling script. Prices are posted on a chalkboard written in shifting letters; Quibble will haggle if you offer a good story or a particularly memorable pratfall. Expect bright smells, improbable paper hats for trying-on, and the occasional magically-enhanced squeal when a scroll of fireball is unwrapped for inspection.”
