He keeps a battered wind-up music box that plays an unfamiliar lullaby; it is never wound yet never silent. He will enchant or craft on request but prices are nonnegotiable unless the buyer brings rare components or a favor. He insists customers remove boots before stepping onto the shop's chalked circle and will occasionally test a newly forged item by tapping it against a copper coin while closing his eyes.
