A carefully scribed scroll bearing a 3rd-level evocation. Usable by spellcasters who know the spell or by making an ability check otherwise.

Contains the Fireball spell (3rd level). If a non-spellcaster attempts to use it, an Arcana check () is required.

A band of hammered silvery-iron set with a chipped aquamarine. Can hold spells cast into it for later use.

Can store up to 5 levels of spells. Spells stored can be cast by the wearer without using spell slots.

A soft leather bag with a rune-stitched mouth. Vast interior space with limited weight capacity.

A slim wand of lacquered dark wood studded with a single opal. Fires one to three magic missiles for one or more charges.

Spend 1 charge to cast Magic Missile (creates three darts). Some variants allow 1-3 darts depending on charges spent.

A longsword with a blade like blue steel that never fogs. Cold magic clings to the edge, and it sheds light like moonlight when drawn.

Atk On hit deals an extra cold damage. While drawn, it suppresses nonmagical flames in a 10-foot radius and sheds dim light (10 ft).

A heavy, fur-lined cloak woven with faintly glowing runes. Grants a bonus to saving throws and AC while worn.

AC +1 bonus to AC and saving throws while worn.

A heavy hooded cloak treated with minor wards and fur trim. Keeps wearer warm and dry in blizzard conditions.

Grants advantage on saving throws against cold weather effects and prevents nonmagical hypothermia while worn.

A chain shirt tempered in glacier-forges and etched with warding motifs. Slightly lighter and colder to the touch.

AC +1+1 to AC (applies as magical armor). Grants resistance to cold damage once per long rest for up to 1 minute.
