A warm, buttery pastry with a smoky-sweet jam folded into its layers. Mirelle bakes these over ember-coals; eating one grants comfort and a faint warmth.

Eating one pastry grants resistance to cold for 1 hour (story/roleplay; not usually used in combat).

Dense, fragrant bread Mirelle bakes alongside her pastries. Stays fresh for several days.

A day's worth of preserved food: salted meat, dried fruits, and a slice of hearthbread.

A comfortable bedroll lined with treated fibers that retain gentle warmth. Useful in cold climates.

Provides advantage on saving throws vs. exhaustion from cold when slept in (DM discretion).

Sturdy cordage, standard issue for adventurers and tradesfolk.

A small leather pouch with flint, steel, and dried tinder. Mirelle includes a pinch of her own ember-ash to help start gentle flames.

Whenever used to start a campfire, roll a d20; on a 1 the tinder is unusable until repaired. Ember-ash can ignite natural tinder even when damp (situational).

A sealed scroll inscribed with druidic knotwork that calls creeping vines.

Single-use spell scroll of Entangle (DC and save as per standard spell).

A small wooden box lined with wax and herbs to obscure scents and keep pastries and spices fresh.

Scent-sealed: animals that rely on scent have disadvantage to detect contents by smell.

A bundle of incense sticks that smell of citrus, pine, and smoke. Burned during small rituals or to clear a room.

When burned for 1 minute, creates a 5-foot-radius area where sneaking becomes harder (disadvantage on Stealth checks by creatures hiding within) due to drifting sparks and scent. Also calms minor spirits (DM discretion).

A stitched pouch containing small trinkets—tiny bell, reflective shard, rabbit fur—useful as barter or components.

Contains 6 small useful items (DM may allow creative uses).
Armor1

A heavy woolen cloak with a hood. Mirelle's are subtly ember-stained and pleasantly warm.

AC +11Advantage on saving throws vs. cold weather effects when worn.
Potions3

A small glass vial of red liquid that mends wounds.

Heal 2 HPHeals HP when consumed (standard Potion of Healing effect).

A clear, cooling potion that eases poisons and minor debilitating effects.

Cures one disease or condition: blinded, deafened, paralyzed, or poisoned (as per lesser restoration).

A tin of gritty, aromatic salve made from ashleaf and honey. Used to treat burns and minor wounds.

Heal 1 HPEach application heals HP and soothes pain (2 uses per tin). If applied after a fire-based attack, grants temporary HP equal to the user's proficiency bonus once.
Weapons3

A small steel dagger with a handle wrapped in vine-patterned leather. The blade warms slightly when held.

Atk On a successful hit, the blade deals an additional 1 fire damage once per turn. The warmth repels frost effects while carried.

A staff carved from a charred but living piece of emberwood, warm to the touch. It serves as a druidic focus and minor fire conduit.

Functions as a druidic focus. Once per long rest, the wielder can cast Produce Flame (as the cantrip, but deals +1 fire damage) or cast Burning Hands at 2nd level (uses the staff's charge). Item rarity: uncommon.

A well-balanced sling crafted from tough leather and maple strips. Mirelle sells small pouches of smooth stones as well.

If used by a halfling, treats the weapon as a finesse tool for roleplay; no mechanical change.

Shop Atmosphere

Mirelle hums quietly while she works and habitually offers a warm pastry to anyone who looks tired. She marks special patrons with a tiny ember-burn on the inside of a coin—bring it back and she may bake something new or trade rare herbs. Her shop smells of sugar and smoke; she insists on stirring her oven with a staff rather than a paddle because 'the wood remembers the flame.'
